The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Deliveries For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Successive Delivery By The Contractor To Szpital Powiatowy Im. Dr Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane, Single-Use And Reusable Medical Equipment, Divided Into 85 (Eighty Five) Packages, The Breakdown And Detailed Scope Of Which Are Presented In Points 4.15 - 4.99 Of The Swz In Question. 2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have The Required Legal Regulations, E.G. Permits, Certificates, Attestations And Markings Provided For By The Provisions Of The Act On Medical Devices, Confirming The Required Admission For Use And Trading In Poland In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Essential Requirements And Conformity Assessment Procedures For Medical Devices. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Marked By The Manufacturer In Such A Way That Both The Product And The Manufacturer Can Be Identified.
