Automatic System For Processing Total_Hg336 And Lg88_2023 Blood Units. Provision Of Automatic System For Processing Whole Blood Units • Be A Fast And Efficient System For Processing Whole Blood Units And Easy To Use For Operators • To Carry Out Centrifugation And Processing Through A Rotor Equipped With 4 Fixed Nacelles, Which Ensures The Quality, Precision And Consistency Of The Processing Process • To Automatically And Simultaneously Process 4 Units Of Whole Blood During A Single Centrifugation Cycle And Separate Them Into The Following Blood Components: Intermediate Platelet Components Leukocyte Plasma Components Erythrocyte Components That Will Be Deleukocyted Post-Processing, By Means Of The Deleukocyte Filter That Is Integrated In The Collection Kit • The Automated Processing System To Integrate Manual Steps During The Same Whole Blood Unit Processing Cycle, Namely: Weighing, Centrifugation Operations, Separation And Sterile Blood Extraction • The System Should Provide Estimated Information About The Obtained Blood Components: Plasma Volume, Platelet Volume, Estimated Platelet Count • System To Collect Procedure Information And Generate Work Reports • By Using The Automated Whole Blood Processing System, To Optimize The Work Flow In The Blood Transfusion Center, So As To Achieve The Following Advantages:  Ensuring A Better Quality Of The Final Blood Components Obtained  Reduction Of Manual Steps In The Processing Of Whole Blood Units  Reducing The Number Of Standard Operating Procedures  Reduction Of Working Time And Manual Interventions Of Operators In The Processing Of Whole Blood Units  Better Management Of Blood Transfusion Center Resources, Namely Staff Working Time, Additional Equipment And Working Space. • The Entire Process Should Be Consistent, Resulting In Fewer Errors And Fewer Rejected Blood Components • The System Should Provide Precision And Enable Operators To Obtain A Higher Volume And Better Quality Of Blood Components From The Same Volume Of Whole Blood • Provide Flexibility, Can Be Customized According To The Unique Needs Of The Blood Transfusion Center • The System Should Include An Automatic Equilibration Function So That Manual Equilibration Before Centrifugation Is Not Required • The Equipment Must Include A Data Management System, Which Allows Connection With The It Systems Of The Blood Transfusion Center • To Have Included A Data Management System For The Management And Traceability Of All Information Related To The Process, Which Includes At Least: Authorized Operator Name, Number Of Blood Components Processed, Volume Of Blood Components Obtained, Estimates Of Platelet Yield, Temperature, Time Of Processing. This Data Management System Provides Access To Processing Data, Improves Process Control, And Provides Insight Into Each Procedure Performed By The Automated Whole Blood Unit Processing System. • Automated Whole Blood Processing System Software/Data Management System To Allow Customization Of The Process Flow To Ensure The Following Advantages:  Step-By-Step Operator Guidance Using On-Screen Prompts, Smart Barcodes And Cross-Checks  Recording Of Operator Actions  Monitoring The Processes In The Processing Procedure To Ensure The Quality Of The Final Blood Components. • The Automatic System Does Not Need To Introduce Additional Accessories Into The Centrifuge Nacelles, Thus Ensuring The Loading Of Whole Blood Units And The Rapid Unloading Of The Resulting Blood Components • The Centrifuge Must Be Equipped With A Leak Detector And Have A Bar Code Reader Connected • The System Must Have The Capacity To Process Up To 80 Units Of Blood In Total In 8 Hours.
