Documenting The Experiences Of Students During Entry Into/Exit From The Health Education Market Into Labor Market And Health System3. Measuring Private; Public; And Social Rate Of Return To Education For Medicine And Nursing Professions4. Understanding The Institutional Policies And Perceptions Of Management/Faculty Relating To Provision Of High-Quality Education At Selected Medical/Nursing Teaching Institutions The Findings Of The Study Will Be Disseminated Widely; Including Through Stakeholder Workshops; Especially With Government Counterparts And Academic Partners; As Well As Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals; If Applicable; And Policy Briefs. They Will Be Used To Support The Dialogue With Central And State Governments On Innovative Approaches To Strengthen Health Education To Better Cater To Population Health Needs While Balancing A Dynamic Global And Local Demand/Supply Of Health Workers. For Example; Recommendations Emerging From This Study Could Help Shape Strategic Investments In Government Education Institutions.
