The System Will Be Able To Homogeneously Cover Six Plate Substrates With A Diameter Of 100 Mm. Deposition Control Will Take Place With A High Degree Of Process Automation. The System Will Be Operated In Iso Class 8 Cleanrooms. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By The Technical, Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions That Are Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Delivery Of A Chemical Vapor Deposition (Cvd) Vacuum System For Deposition Of Parylene Plastic Coatings, Notably Parylene-C. The System Will Include A Vacuum Pump, Deposition Chamber, Pyrolysis Oven With Temperature Control At Least Up To 700 Degrees Centigrade, At Least One Dimer Vaporization Chamber, And A Cold-Trap System. The System Will Be Able To Accommodate At Least Six 100 Mm Diameter Wafer Substrates For Homogeneous Deposition Of Parylene Coatings. The System Will Have An Automatic Control Of The Deposition. The System Will Be Installed In An Iso 8 Clean Room.
