Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Replacement Of Heat Sources In Seven Buildings Administered By The Dobrzejewice Forest Inspectorate. 2) The Scope Of Works Described In The Designs Constituting Appendix 9 Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Central Heating Boiler, Delivery, Bringing In And Assembly Of A New Heat Source And New Necessary Accompanying Equipment, Adaptation Of Connections To The Existing Installations In The Boiler Room In Order To Ensure Proper Operation Of The Device And Replacement Of Installation Elements (E.G. Electrical, Hydraulic, Sanitary, Ventilation Or Chimney) - Indicated In The Design, Additionally, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Performance Of The Required Inspections, Checks And Acceptance By Authorized Persons ( E.G. Chimney Sweep, Electrician), Tests And Checks With Adjustment Of The Central Heating Installation And Training Of Persons Operating The Boiler, Inspections Of Equipment During The Warranty Period, As Well As Renovation And Repair Works In The Boiler Room And Restoring To Their Original Condition All Damaged Surfaces, Structural Elements And Other Elements Damaged Or Disturbed During Assembly Or Modernization Works. The Contractors Duties Also Include The Disposal Of The Old Boiler Together With All Redundant Equipment And Dismantled Installation Components. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site During The Duration Of The Contract, Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works. Heat Source In Terms Of Its Sale And Servicing. 5) The Contractors Authorized Sales And Servicing Point Must Be Located No More Than 20 Km From The Seat Of The Dobrzejewice Forest Inspectorate, With The Proviso That In The Event Of A Failure, The Intervention Of The Authorized Service Must Take Place Within 24 Hours. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged During The Warranty And Warranty Period To Perform, With His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense, Warranty Inspections And Service Activities Reserved For The Manufacturer Or Authorized Service (Except For Ordinary Service To Which The User Is Authorized And Obliged) Required By The Manufacturers Of The Installed Installations And Devices - In Order To Maintain The Warranty Provided By The Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Should Be Informed Of The Planned Date Of The Inspection/Service Activities 7 Days In Advance). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 9 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Which Consists Of: Construction And Executive Designs, Technical Specifications And Bills Of Quantities. Attached To The Swz. Bills Of Quantities Do Not Determine The Scope Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Verify And Determine On His Own Whether It Is Necessary To Perform Construction Works Other Than Those Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Whether The Quantities Given Are Correct. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price Of The Offer All Costs For The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Technology Of Works Specified In The Swz And The Design Documentation And Stwiorb.
