The Subject Of This Order Is The Execution And Delivery Of Ready Meals In The Form Of Catering For Children Attending Nursery And Kindergartens In The Mirów Commune. Catering Includes Full Board For 77 Children Aged 6 Months - 4 Years. The Number Of Meals Served On A Given Day, The Contractor Will Be Informed On An Ongoing Basis By 20.00 On The Day Preceding The Day Of Serving The Meal. Based On The Information Obtained, The Contractor Will Deliver A Certain Number Of Meals. The Contractor Shall Deliver Meals With Its Own Transport, In Specialized, Disposable Containers, Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Meals At The Times Agreed In The Contract. The Caloric Value Of Meals Will Be Prepared By The Contractors Dietitian For A Period Of 10 Working Days (2 Weeks) And Delivered To The Employer For Approval 5 Days Before Its Validity Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor To Provide Meals For Children Of A Special Diet (Gluten-Free, With A Protein Defect, Food Allergy Or Other Food Diseases) As Part Of The Order, If The Parent Provides An Appropriate Medical Certificate. Children Allergic To Dairy Products Will Receive Dairy-Free Soup. Dairy Products Will Be Replaced With Other Products, E.G. Milk - Tea, Cheese - Cold Cuts. Children Allergic To Other Foods Will Need To Have Alternative Meals Prepared. The Preparation Of Meals For Special Diet Children Is Carried Out As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And At The Price Offered In The Offer For Individual Types Of Meals As Part Of The Standard Price Of Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Snack. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Make Changes To The Menu Presented By The Contractor, Thermos Flasks And Containers In Which Meals Will Be Delivered, The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety Standards Compliant With Haccp Standards. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Children Aged 6 Months - 4 Years. Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Sample Of Each Component Part Of The Dish, As Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007. On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed-Type Mass Caterers (Journal Of Laws 2017 No. 80, Item 545). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Samples In Justified Cases. The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Deliver Meals Only On Days When Classes In The Kindergarten And Nursery Are Held, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays And Other Days When Classes Are Not Held Activities For Children. The Ordering Partys Duties Carried Out Using Its Own Staff Will Include Portioning And Serving Meals As Well As Cleaning, Incurring The Costs Of Cleaning And Hygiene Products Used For Cleaning After A Meal, The Contractors Duties Will Include Collecting Waste And Making Monthly Settlements With The Ordering Party For Meals Delivered After The End Of The Month For On The Basis Of An Invoice, Including The Amount Due Calculated On The Basis Of The Number Of Meals Actually Served To Children And The Price Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. It Is Possible To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Breakfasts And Lunches Provided.
