The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Boiler Room Consisting In Changing The Heat Sources To Heat Pumps And Boilers With A Gas Connection, Used To Modernize The Heating System Of Two Buildings And The Production Of Hot Utility Water For: Secondary School In Trzebnica (School And Sports Hall), Located In Trzebnica At Ul. . Wojska Polskiego 17, As Well As The Implementation Of The Energy Monitoring And Management System (Ems) And The Maintenance And Management Of This System For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Implementation. 2. Investment Address: District School Complex No. 1 In Trzebnica, Ul. Wojska Polskiego 1755-100 Trzebnica 3. The Works Include: - Changes In The Existing Hydraulics Of The Boiler Room, Including: • Installation Of A Plate Heat Exchanger, • Installation Of A Buffer Tank, • Installation Of A Water Heater With A Coil, • Change Of The Flow Direction Of The Circulation Pump. − Rinsing And Tightness Tests Of The Entire Installation, − Thermal Insulation Of Pipelines And Fittings, − Equipping The Boiler Room With Operating And Technological Documentation, Operating Instructions, Necessary Installation Diagrams In The Form Of Tables, Basic Operating Principles And Operation Methods, As Well As Instructions In The Event Of A Fire Along With Emergency Phone List. 2) The Scope Of The Order In The Part Concerning The Modernization Of Heating Devices In The School Building Includes: − Disassembly Of The Existing Boilers, Manifold With Fittings (Valves, Pumps, Etc.), Connections Of The Gas Installation, Supply And Return Pipes, − Delivery And Assembly Of Heat Pumps, − Construction Of Foundations For The Foundation Of Heat Pumps, − Construction Of A Heat Pump Housing Protecting Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, − Delivery And Installation Of Gas Boilers, − Delivery And Installation Of A Manifold, − Internal Underground Gas Installation, Supplying Gas To Heat Pumps From The Existing Installation In The Facility, − Construction Supply And Return Systems From The Heat Pumps To The Technical Room, − Execution Of The Condensate Drainage System From The Heat Pump, − Installation Of Connections And Air And Flue Gas Chimneys For Gas Boilers, Including The Disassembly Of The Existing Chimney Inserts, − Replacement Of Finned Radiators With Panel Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, − Replacement Damaged Thermostatic Valves With Heads On The Existing Panel Radiators, − Flushing And Leak Tests Of The Entire Installation, − Thermal Insulation Of Pipelines And Fittings, − Equipping The Boiler Room With Operating And Technological Documentation, Operating Instructions, Necessary Installation Diagrams In The Form Of Tables, Basic Operating Principles And Manual, As Well As Instructions In Case Of Fire, Together With A List Of Emergency Telephone Numbers.3) Implementation Of The Energy Monitoring And Management System (Ems) Includes: - Management Of The Operation Of Bivalent Heat Source Systems, Central Heating, Ct And Dhw Heating Circuits, - Monitoring Of External Temperature And Comfort Conditions Inside The Building, − Aggregation Of Data From Control And Measurement Devices, Sensory System, Automation Of Heating Devices, Ground Source For Heat Pumps And Parameters Of Central Heating, Ct, Dhw Circuits, − Alarming About Errors And Critical States Of Equipment Operation And Comfort Conditions, − Visualization With The Possibility Of Graphical And Tabular Compilation Of Any Aggregated Data, - Calculation, In Accordance With The Ipmvp Standard, Of Changes In Energy Efficiency Based On Aggregated Energy Consumption And External Temperatures - Three-Stage Control Of Access To The Possibility Of Changing Set Values, Parameterization Of Functions And Control Algorithms - In Ems Algorithms Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility Should Be Implemented. A Program Should Be Installed That: • Monitors And Adjusts The Supply/Return Parameter Of The Central Heating And Ct Circuit Installation As A Function Of The External Temperature (Heating Curve) Along With The Correction Based On The Pid Algorithm And The Deviation Of The Averaged Internal Temperature Readings For Defined Points Of The Sensor System In Relation To The Temperature From The Work Schedules, • Applies Reductions In Internal Temperatures Outside The Buildings Use Periods By Managing The Buildings Thermal Inertia, • Calculates And Implements Initial Limitations Of The Set Parameters Of The Central Heating, Ct And Buffer Circuits Before The End Of The Working Hours, Taking Into Account The Buildings Thermal Inertia, So As To Reduce Energy Consumption, While Maintaining The Conditions Comfort Of Users• Manages The Operating Times Of The Dhw Supply And Circulation Circuits, Taking Into Account The Facility Use Schedules So As To Reduce Downtime And Hot Water Circulation Losses − As Part Of The Ems Implementation, The Contractor Should Conduct Training For Ems Users And The Ems Operator, − After The Implementation Is Completed, The Contractor Will Manage Ems For A Period Of 24 Months. Ems Management Will Consist In Controlling And Correcting The Functions Available From The Ems Level, Such As: • Pid Regulation Managing The Operation Of Mixing Valves And Buffer Tanks Set Temperature, • Checking The Correctness Of Calculating The Preheating Time Of Buildings Together With The Mechanism For Saving And Reading A Dedicated Database Data, • Determination Of The Cooling Trend Of The Lower Source And Correction Of Bivalent Temperature Points For The Blockade Of Switching On Ground Source Heat Pumps.
