1. Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of Household Appliances, Electronics And Catering Equipment For The Social Welfare Home And The Support Center For People With Intellectual Disabilities At Ul. Wysockiego In Warsaw As Part Of The Investment Entitled “Construction Of A Nursing Home And A Support Center For People With Intellectual Disabilities Along With Land Development At Ul. Wysocki” In Warsaw.1. 1. The Contractor Will Deliver At His Own Expense And Risk To The Building Of The Social Welfare Home And The Support Center At Ul. Wysockiego In Warsaw, Equipment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, As Well As The Projection Of Kitchen And Laundry Technology Constituting Appendix No. 6 And Appendix No. 7. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Sale, Transport, Unloading, Bringing In, Assembly With Commissioning (If Equipment Will Require It) And The Arrangement Of The Equipment In A Designated Room And Place.1. 2. The Equipment Supplied For The Social Welfare Home And Support Center Building Must Be A Brand New Product, Not Older Than 12 Months On The Date Of Concluding The Contract, In The Original Packaging, Delivered Directly From The Manufacturer Or Authorized Distributor, Free From Defects, Meet All The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Generally Applicable Laws, Including, If Required, Approved For Use In Medical Facilities. 2. The Required Equipment Parameters For The Building Of The Nursing Home And The Support Center Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Price Calculation Table. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform The Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Tenders. Justification: The Contract In Question Is Part Of The Contract For The Supply Of Equipment, Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Awarded In Separate Proceedings.6. The Employer Does Not Require The Submission Of The Evidence In Question. 7. Prior To Commencing The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Agree With The Ordering Party Or The Ordering Party And The Future User The Method Of Delivery And Assembly Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Of The Equipment.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Covered By A Guarantee Of Not Less Than 24 Months.
