The Wellington City Council Has Issued A Notice Under Section 124 Of The Building Act, With The 15-Year Deadline 19 May 2023. We Have Engaged Tennant Brown Architects And Peter Coop Consultancy To Process The Resource Consent, Which Was Received On Tuesday 11Th July 2023. Our Key Objectives For This Project Are To Demolish The Building Down To The Slab, Ensuring A Safe And Controlled Demolition Process Due To Its Proximity To Neighbours, While Recycling As Many Components Of The Building As Possible. We Also Want To Leave A Clean Site, Ready For The Next Stage Of The Project. Asbestos Demolition Surveys Have Been Completed, With Any Identified Asbestos Being Removed Before The Demolition Begins.
