Interested Consultants Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services. The Short-Listing Criteria Are As Follows: A) The General Experience Of Services In Provision Of Livelihoods And Humanitarian Services Related To Implementing Complementary Social Measures/Cash Plus Activities Or Accompanying Measures For Vulnerable Hhs. B) Specific Experience In Successfully Conducting At Least Two (2) Assignments Of Similar Nature And Scope Undertaken In Donor Financed Projects In The Last Five Years In The Areas Of Complementary Social Measures/Cash Plus Activities Or Accompanying Measures For Vulnerable Hhs In A Post Conflict Country Similar To South Sudan Environment. Working Experience In The Use Of Geospatial Database Facilities In Project Monitoring Of Project Activities Will Be An Added Advantage. C) The Technical And Managerial Organization Of The Consultant.
