The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Dendrological Expertises Based On Instrumental Research, Inspections From The Ground Level Or Inspections From The Treetop Level, Along With Entering Data Into The Greenspaces Application, For 137 Trees Located In The Municipality Of The City Of Szczecin, Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) 90713000 -8 Consulting Services On Environmental Issues2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annexes No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, No. 8 /I And 9/I To The Swz And Includes, Among Others: 1) Part I: A) Preparation Of Dendrological Expertise With Inspection And Instrumental Examination Of Trees Listed In Appendix No. 8/I To The Swz (In Accordance With Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), Covering The Scope Of: - Carrying Out Acoustic Tomography Tests Of 137 Trees, - Carrying Out Inspections From The Level Of The Tree Crown, Including The Control Of Bindings And Reinforcements Of 43 Trees, - Specialist Consultation Natural (Microbiological And Entomological) 39 Trees, - Inventory Of Trees With Maps In The Greenspaces System Of 73 Trees, B) Assessment And Formulation Of Recommendations: - Formulation Of An Unambiguous Assessment Of Whether Each Of The Trees Poses A Threat To The Environment, - Determination Of The Necessary And Individual For Each Of The Trees, Recommendations Describing The Implementation Of Specialized Treatments Aimed At Improving Their Habitat Conditions, Condition, Statics And Safety In Their Surroundings, Or Recommending Tree Felling In The Absence Of Other Methods Of Minimizing The Risk In The Trees Surroundings, - Specifying The Necessary And Individual Recommendations For Each Tree Describing The Performance Of Subsequent Specialized Tests, If The Analysis Of The Collected Data Indicates Such A Need, C) Entering Data Into The Greenspaces Application, In Accordance With The Guidelines Set Out In Annexes No. 6 And No. 7 To The Swz, I.E.: - Completing The Tree Assessment Tab For Each Tree - For Stage I - The Contractor Is Obliged To Make An Inventory Of The Trees Listed In Annex 8/I To The Swz And Enter Their Data Into The Greenspaces Application, - Attach The Content Of The Expert Opinion Along With The Result And Description Of The Study To The Documents Tab In The Tree Card (In File Format Pdf) And Additionally A Descriptive Part In The Form Of An Editable File,3. Requirements For The Content Of The Dendrological Expertise: 1) Tree Inspection Card, 2) Test Results From A Program Dedicated To Performing Test Calculations For A Given Tree (For Tests That Have Been Performed For A Given Tree), 3) Inspection And Diagnostic Test Conclusions (Description Of Conclusions From The Inspection Carried Out And The Ordered Tests Of The Tree, Which Will Clearly Determine Its Current Condition), 4) Recommended Treatments (Descriptions And Drawings Of All Recommended Treatments And Solutions Should Be Made In Such A Way That On Their Basis It Is Possible To Draw Up An Agreement On The Proper Implementation And Acceptance Of The Works Described In The Expert Opinions And Dendrological Assessments), 5) Photographic Documentation, 6) Map With The Marked Location And Tree Number From The Greenspaces Application. 4. The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With Dendrological Expertises Separately For Each Part Of The Order In A Paper Version (A Set Of Documents Referred To In Section 3 For Each Of The Trees Covered By The Expertise) And In An Electronic Version In 2 Copies On A Cd (Catalogs Named With The Tree Number Containing A Set Of Documents Referred To In Paragraph 3 For Each Of The Trees Covered By The Expertise, In Pdf Format And In The Form Of Editable Files).5. On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Shall Provide The Contractor With A Password And Login Enabling Access To The Greenspaces.6 Application. Inspections From The Level Of The Tree Crown Can Be Performed By The Contractor Using Any Access Technique Appropriate To The Purpose And Location Of The Tree (E.G. Ladder, Lift, Rope Technique).7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Indicate The Order In Which Dendrological Expertises Should Be Performed And To Indicate Instead A Tree Entered In The List - Another Specimen With Similar Parameters And Scope Of Research.8. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Providing This Type Of Service, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Work, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And The Art Of Gardening, Generally Applicable Law, As Well As With The Swz And The Offer, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of Contracts.9. The Contractor Shall Ensure, In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, At Least A 10% Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Vehicles Powered By Natural Gas Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 11 January 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.10. Warranty And Warranty: 1) The Contractor Shall Provide A Warranty And Warranty For The Performed Expert Opinions For A Period Of 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of These Works, 2) Under The Warranty And Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Defects At Its Own Expense Within 7 Days From The Date Of Notification In Writing. If The Defects Are Not Removed Within This Period, The Defects Will Be Removed By The Ordering Party On Its Own Or With The Help Of Third Parties, At The Contractors Cost And Risk, Without The Need For Any Additional Calls, 3) The Warranty And Warranty Period Is Extended By The Time Counted From The Date Of Finding The Defect Until Its Removal.
