The Planned Reconstruction Concerns The Reduction Of The Window Opening In The External Wall Of The Bathroom And The Laying Of The Ventilation Chimney. New Internal Partition Walls Will Be Made In Lightweight Cardboard-Gypsum Technology. Detailed Description: I. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In: Technical Documentation Constituting Appendix 4 To Swz.3. Bills Of Quantities For The Works Were Made Available To The Contractors In Order To Get Acquainted With The Subject Of The Contract And Are Of An Auxiliary Nature Only. During The Performance Of The Order, They Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claim Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make His Own Arrangements As To The Actual Scope Of Work Required To Achieve The Result.4. Equivalence: A) The Contracting Authority, In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract With The Use Of Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 4-5 Of The Act, Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Scope Of Adopted Technical Solutions, Materials, Products, Standards, Provided That The Proposed In The Offer Are Substantially Equivalent To Those Specified In The Design Documentation. B) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains Any Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Other Reserved Or Exclusive Rights, Or The Origin Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Its Part Is Specified - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, Provided Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Tenders Provided That In Terms Of Functionality And With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Case Of Submitting An Offer Containing The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, The Obligation To Prove Their Equivalence With The Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party Lies With The Contractor. In This Case, The Contractor, Together With The Offer (Not Subject To Supplementation), Shall Submit A List Of Equivalent Materials Together With Other Necessary Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements, E.G. Device Cards, Safety Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Technical Approvals, Etc. C) For Equivalent, Provided In Terms Of Functionality, Technology And Use, In Relation To The Indicated Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Recognize Such Products Offered By The Contractor That Have Technically Equivalent Construction And Equipment, As Well As Such Functional Capabilities And Technical Parameters As Those Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Products With The Given Reference Parameters. D) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Maintain The Competitive Conditions. If, Despite This, Proper Names, Markings Or Parameters Indicating A Specific Product Appear In The Text Of Any Type Of Documentation, They Should Always Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions And Equivalent Solutions May Be Used Under The Conditions Adopted Above. E) If The Contractor Fails To Submit Documents On The Use Of Other Materials And Equipment, It Means That The Materials And Equipment Proposed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price5. Contractors Are Obliged To Make A Thorough Analysis Of The Received Technical Designs, Technical Specifications, And Notice Discrepancies, Works That, In Their Opinion, Should Be Included In The Offer, Are Incorrectly Presented Or Are Redundant, Report Them In Writing To The Employer In The Prescribed Manner. Any Comments, Reservations And Inaccuracies Noted In The Attached Tender Documentation Will Be Consulted By The Employer With The Relevant Designers. 6. Warranty Period: Minimum Warranty Period Of 60 Months, Maximum Warranty Period Of 72 Months (Bid Evaluation Criterion)
