D) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Maintain The Competitive Conditions. If, Despite This, Proper Names, Markings Or Parameters Indicating A Specific Product Appear In The Text Of Any Type Of Documentation, They Should Always Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions And Equivalent Solutions May Be Used Under The Conditions Adopted Above. E) If The Contractor Fails To Submit Documents On The Use Of Other Materials And Equipment, It Means That The Materials And Equipment Proposed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price5. Contractors Are Obliged To Make A Thorough Analysis Of The Received Technical Designs, Technical Specifications, And Notice Discrepancies, Works That, In Their Opinion, Should Be Included In The Offer, Are Incorrectly Presented Or Are Redundant, Report Them In Writing To The Employer In The Prescribed Manner.
