Tenders Are Invited For Capitalization Consultation On Supporting Beneficiaries In The Development Of Their Livelihood Strategy-Recosa The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Strengthen The Resilience (Of Communities, Households And Individuals Vulnerable To Food And Nutritional Insecurity) And The Social Cohesion Of Vulnerable Populations In The Cross-Border Regions Of Burkina Faso (Sahel Region) And Niger (Tillabéry Region) Through A Multi-Sectoral Approach. The Intervention Logic Of The Project Is Based On Five Results: · Result 1, Centered On The Social Safety Net Approach, Aims To Ensure Coverage Of The Most Essential Needs (Particularly In Terms Of Food And Nutritional Security). · Result 2 Deals With The Area Of Health, Hygiene And Sanitation. It Addresses The Root Causes Of Malnutrition Linked To Gender Issues And The Health Of The Most Vulnerable And Disease-Prone Populations. The Activities Aim To Strengthen The Capacities Of Health Actors In Burkina Faso And Niger, As Well As That Of Communities. · Result 3, Focused On The Resilience To Food And Nutritional Insecurity Of Agricultural And Pastoral Populations, Seeks To Strengthen Local Livelihoods So That Communities And Households Are Actors In Their Own Development By Creating Varied And Sustainable Economic Opportunities. · Result 4 Focuses On Local Development, In Order To Strengthen The Skills Of Municipal Services, But Also The Participation Of Civil Society In Local Governance, Through The Revitalization Of Exchange Frameworks And Citizen Accountability Mechanisms, As Well As Taking Into Account The Most Vulnerable. · Finally, Result 5 Aims To Improve Social Cohesion, Conflict Prevention And Management In The Areas Of Intervention. This Component Translates Into The Implementation Of Activities Centered On Training, Information And Sensitization On Conflicts, Prevention, Attenuation And Management Of Conflicts. Thus, The Establishment And Promotion Of Spaces For Dialogue, The Strengthening And Improvement Of Internal Mechanisms For Peaceful Coexistence By The Project, Contributes To The Facilitation Of Dialogue Between Members Of The Communities Among Themselves And Between The Communities And The Local Authorities.
