1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Accommodation And Meals During The Training In The Field Of Defense Preparations On September 20-22, 2023.2. Number Of People Participating In The Meeting: 42.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With The Minimum Requirements For The Performance Of The Service Are Included In Annex 1 To The Swz (Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With Annex 1 To The Ppu). The Ordering Party Requires The Performance Of The Service In Accordance With These Provisions. There Are No Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended) - The Service Is One-Off And Short-Term. The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Organization Of The Trip. 4. The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts And There Is No Justification For Dividing It. The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Stay Of One Group Of People In The Same Place. The Catering Service Is Inseparable From The Hotel Service - Meals Must Be Served In The Facility Where The Hotel Service Is Provided.5. Accessibility Requirements For People With Disabilities. With Regard To The Condition Specified In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law On Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Referred To In The Directive Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/24/Eu Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement (Oj L No. 94, P. 65), The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Involve Access For People With Disabilities. Participants Of The Meeting Are Not Disabled People.6. Place Of Performance Of The Service: The Ordering Party Requires The Performance Of The Service In A Town Up To 11 Thousand. Residents In One Of The Following Counties: Karkonosze, K odzko, Lw wek Or Luba ski. In The Tender Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name And Exact Address Of The Facility Where The Service Will Be Provided.7. Admissibility Of The Participation Of Subcontractors: The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of The Contract To Subcontractors. In The Case Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Use Of Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate Those Parts Of The Contract That Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Subcontractors (By Filling In Point Iii Of The Tender Form), If Known. In The Absence Of Such Information In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Intends To Perform The Order Without The Participation Of Subcontractors. 8. Information On The Procedure:8.1. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Use Of The Option Right. 8.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers And Submitting Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues. 8.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8.4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Envisage The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Tender Using An Electronic Auction (Article 308 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law). 8.5. The Procedure Is Not Conducted For The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement. 8.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Anticipate Or Require The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Inspection Or Check The Documents Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Referred To In Art. 131 Sec. 2 Of The Pzp.8.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure Or Granting Advance Payments For The Performance Of The Contract.8.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law.
