1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment For The Needs Of The Building At Ul. Wyszy skiego In wiecie As Part Of The Project Of Developing The Existing Urban Space Together With The Development Of The Adjacent Surroundings In Order To Eliminate Existing Social Problems Diagnosed In The Local Revitalization Program. The Project Is Co-Financed Under The Territorial Policy, The Regional Operational Program Of The Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship For The Years 2014-2020 Priority Axis 6 Solidarity Society And Competitive Staff, Measure 6.2 Revitalization Of Urban Areas And Their Functional Areas, Scheme: Investments In The Field Of Revitalization Of Urban Areas. All Deliveries Will Be Made To The Building At Ul. Wyszy ski In wiecie. The Contractor Should Take This Into Account Both When Preparing The Offer And When Delivering Deliveries. Part I: Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment For The Needs Of The Building At Ul. Wyszy skiego In wiecie. The Scope Of Deliveries Under Part I Includes The Delivery Of Furniture And Equipment Along With Their Assembly For The Needs Of The Building At Ul. Wyszy skiego In wiecie. 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Elements Of Equipment Of The Same Type Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Come From One Collection, Ie That They Have A Common Style, Color, Form, Details. The Furniture Should Be Elements Of A Furniture System With Given Symbols, Which The Contractor Has In Its Offer Or Will Create It For The Purposes Of The Procedure, Enabling The Ordering Party To Change The Configuration Of The Furniture And Expand It With Further Elements In The Future. Of The European Union, And The Use Of The Delivered Product By The Ordering Party May Not Constitute An Infringement Of The Proprietary Copyrights Of Third Parties. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Offer Someone Elses Product Under Its Own Brand With The Concealment Of The Original Markings. In The Event Of A Suspicion Of Offering A Product As Its Own, Which Exists Or Existed In The Offer Of Another Entity Under A Different Name, The Contractor Will Be Asked To Provide Explanations Regarding The Origin Of The Product And The Consent Of The Entity Holding The Rights To The Industrial Design Of The Given Product To Modify And Resell The Product Under A Different Name. In The Absence Of A Written Consent Of The Entity Holding The Rights To The Industrial Design Of A Given Product For Further Resale Of The Product Under A Different Name, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected.
