The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Consultant For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of The Activities In Connection With The Implementation Of An Object: Capital Dredging Basin-Maneuvering Area To T2a And Port Terminal Burgas-West, Which Is Included In The Investment Program Of The Dp Port Infrastructure. Dredging Activities Are Part Of Stage 1.2. Of The Permit For The Construction Of The Site, With The Aim Being To Create The Water Area To Berth No. 28 Of Port Terminal Burgas West And Achieve Sufficient Navigational Depth In The Area For Approach And Maneuvering. The Activities Included In The Scope Of This Order Are The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Capital Dredging, Control Over The Implementation Of Safety Measures And Monitoring Of The Cleanliness Of The Environment And The Necessary Actions To Put The Site Into Operation, Including Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object. In Connection With Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act, The Selected Contractor, After Conducting The Present Procedure, Will Carry Out Construction Supervision And Control Over The Execution Of The Works For The Site Until A Permit For The Use Of The Site Is Issued.
