1. The Subject Of The Tender Procedure Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of External Windows On The First And Second Floor In The National Museum In Poznań At Al. Marcinkowskiego 9 (New Building) Along With The Disposal Of Dismantled Windows: Oz-I-4, Oz-I-5, Oz-I-6, Oz-I-7 - On The First Floor; Oz-Ii-0, Oz-Ii-1, Oz-Ii-2, Oz-Ii-3, Oz-Ii-4, Oz-Ii-5, Oz-Ii-6, Oz-Ii-7 - On The Second Floor, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To Swz.2. The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Attached To The Swz Include The Replacement Of All External Windows In The National Museum In Poznań (New Building). The Subject Of This Order Is The Replacement Of The Following Windows: - 1St Floor: Oz-I-4 - 1 Pc., Oz-I-5 - 1 Pc., Oz-I-6 - 1 Pc., Oz-I-7 - 1 Pc., - 2Nd Floor: Oz-Ii-0 - 2 Pcs., Oz-Ii-1 - 2 Pcs., Oz-Ii-2 - 2 Pcs. 1 Pc., Oz-Ii-5 – 1 Pc., Oz-Ii-6 – 1 Pc., Oz-Ii-7 – 1 Pc. Note: For Replacement Of Windows Oz-Ii-0; Oz-Ii-1; Oz-Ii-2; Oz-Ii-3, External Scaffolding With A Height Of About 11.0 ÷ 12.0 M Should Be Provided.3. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Wooden Composite Windows, 2) Removal Of The Dismantled Windows To A Landfill And Delivery To The Employer Of A Document Confirming Their Disposal Or The Contractors Statement On The Use Of The Dismantled Windows For Its Own Purposes, 3) Delivery To The Construction Site Of The Equipment Needed By The Contractor, Including Any Scaffolding, Lifts And Lighting, 4) Checking The Accuracy Of The Holes For The Frames, 5) Inspection Of The Condition Of The Wall Structure, 6) Delivery And Installation Of Aluminum Windows; Windows Should Be Made With The Preservation And Reproduction Of Divisions And External Details As Well As Colors, 7) Repair/Replenishment Of External Window Sills And Flashings, Installation Of Thermal Connecting Elements From The Outside And From The Inside; Installation Of Internal Window Sills And Restoration Of Floors At High Windows, 8) Execution Of Plaster Strips With Painting On The Outside And Inside, 9) Disassembly Of The Supplied Equipment On The Construction Site After The Works Are Completed.
