The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation And Delivery By Own Transport In The School Year 2023/2024: • One-Course Hot Meal For Students Of 4 Primary Schools From The Galewice Commune: Primary School In Niwiska, Primary School In Osiek, Primary School In Ostrówek, Primary School In Galewice; • Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Tea For Pupils Of 3 Classes And 3 Kindergarten Points In: Primary School In Niwiska, Primary J In Osiek, Primary School In Ostrówek, • Breakfast, Lunch And Tea For The Pupils Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Galewice; Total Estimated Number Of Days On Which Meals Will Be Served To Primary School Students: 180.3. The Total Estimated Number Of Days On Which Meals Will Be Served To The Pupils Of Pre-School Departments, Pre-School Points, Kindergarten And Childrens Club: 246 Days (Including Holiday Duty).4. Estimated Number Of Pupils Who Will Be On Board, Broken Down Into Individual Primary Schools: Name Of The School Number Of Pupils Primary School In Niwiska 21 Primary School In Osiek 43 Primary School In Ostrówek 42 Primary School In Galewice 95 Pre-School Class At The Primary School In Niwiska 15 Pre-School Point At The Primary School In Niwiska 9 Pre-School Class At The Primary School In Osiek 10 Pre-School Class At The Primary School In Osiek 25 Pre-School Class At The Primary School In Ostrówek 5 Pre-School Point At The Primary School In Ostrówek 10 Municipal Kindergarten In Galewice 84 Toddler Club Bajkowy Kącik In Galewice 20 6. Total Estimated Number Of Meals: 76,983, Including: - 34,755 For Primary School Students (Lunches), - 42,228 For Pupils Of Pre-School Departments And Points, Kindergarten And Childrens Club (1 Meal Is Understood As Breakfast + Lunch + Afternoon Tea).7. The Number Of Meals May Change Each Time During The School Year - According To The Amount Of Food. Depending On The Hours Of The Childs Stay In The Ward, Kindergarten Point, Kindergarten And Childrens Club Declared By The Parents, Children Will Be Able To Enjoy Three Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Two Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Or Dinner, Afternoon Tea Or One Meal: Dinner. The Number Of Meals For Primary School Students May Change Each Time During The School Year - According To Parents Declarations. Therefore, The Fee For Meals That Will Be Used By The Child Will Be Charged In Proportion To The Daily Food Rate. The Number Of Children And The Number Of Meals Are Estimates And As Such Cannot Be The Basis For Making Any Claims By The Contractor As To The Quantities Actually Ordered By The Ordering Party During The Performance Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of These Proceedings.8. The Daily Amount Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Attendance Of The Children. In The Event That Children Go On A Trip, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The So-Called Packed Lunch.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Quantity, If For Economic, Current Needs Or Other Reasons (Including Resignation Of Parents) It Will Not Be In The Interest Of The Ordering Party.10. Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Price For One Meal Offered By The Contractor, Despite The Increase Or Decrease In The Quantity, Cannot Be Changed Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Quantitative Settlement Of Meals Actually Served, Based On The Unit Price Declared In The Contractors Offer.11. The Contractor Will Provide Transport Of Hot Dishes In Thermos Flasks. The Contractor Also Provides Disposable Dishes And Cutlery Or Reusable Dishes And Cutlery In The Necessary Quantity For Each Meal.12. The Contractor Will Always Take Into Account Any Special Diets For Medical Reasons.13. The Required Menu, Specifying The Composition Of Meals And Allergens, Will Be Submitted On Thursday In The Week Preceding The Serving Of Meals. Meals Will Be Prepared In In Two-Week Cycles, With The Reservation That The Temperature Of The Hot Meal Should Be Between 60° - 70° C. The Menu Will Be Approved Each Time By The Director/Head Of The Unit. Any Suggestions Of Directors/Heads Of Units And The Employer Regarding The Change Of A Given Meal Will Be Taken Into Account By The Contractor. The Contractor May Refuse To Implement A Suggestion If It Is Unjustified Or Not Supported By The Provisions Of The Contract.14. Meals Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Every Day On Working Days At Times Agreed With The Director/Head Of The Unit. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Units Working Day, It Will Be Held At Other Times - After Prior Agreement Of The Director/Head Of The Unit With The Contractor.15. The Contractor Must Have A Permit To Carry Out Catering Activities And To Transport Meals. Meals Shall Be Delivered By The Contractor With Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, In Specialized Thermoses, Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes. Transport Vessels In Which Food Is Transported Must Be Clean, Without Damage, Without Significant Physical Changes That May Contribute To The Epidemiological Risk. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Means Of Transport Approved For The Transport Of Meals By The Sanitary Inspection. Each Time, At The Request Of The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Sanitary Inspection Book Of The Car.16. The Contractor Also Bears The Costs Of Loading And Unloading All Deliveries Of The Meal And Removing All Post-Consumer Waste From The School Premises At Its Own Expense.17. The Contractor Shall Manufacture And Deliver Meals In Compliance With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Terms Of Personnel And Production Conditions, And Shall Bear Full Responsibility For Their Compliance.18. The Organization Of The School Year Is Regulated In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 11 August 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211). Additional Days Off Will Be Notified To The Contractor At Least 3 Days In Advance.19. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products, Taking Into Account The Best Culinary Traditions, Excluding Semi-Finished Products And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The State Sanitary Inspector, Haccp System Standards And Other Applicable Legal Acts. Other Conditions To Which The Executed Subject Of The Contract Is To Comply Are Contained In Polish Standards Or Pn Transposing European Standards, Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards. 20. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Preparation And Delivery Of Meals In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132, As Amended), Including The Implementing Provisions To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).21. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Provisions On Production Technology And Quality Of Services Performed On An Ongoing Basis.22. The Contractor Bears Full Civil, Administrative And Criminal Liability For The Quality Of The Meals Provided And The Consequences Resulting From Negligence In Their Preparation And Transport, Which May Have A Negative Impact On The Health Of The Children Being Fed. The Costs Of The Students Treatment Resulting From Food Poisoning Through The Fault Of The Contractor, As Well As The Compensation Claims Of The Students Legal Guardians Related To The Poisoning, Will Be Fully Charged To The Contractor.23. Complaints About The Quality Of Served Meals Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party To The Contractor By Direct Oral, Written, Telephone Or Electronic Communication.24. General Control Over The Correctness Of Nutrition Will Be Exercised By The Director/Head Of The Unit.25. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Samples Of Dishes In The Plant Where These Dishes Were Produced, From Each Day For The Period And In The Manner Resulting From The Applicable Law In This Regard.26. Names And Codes Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):55.52.40.00-9 School Meal Delivery Services55.32.10.00-6 Meal Preparation Services27.
