The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Eastern Elevation, On The Ground Floor Level - Construction Of A New Entrance To The Building With Roofing And Land Development At This Entrance, Including The Construction Of External Stairs With A Lift And A Ramp For The Housing Estate With Disabilities And Making A New Window Opening In The Building Of The Construction School Complex No. 1 Located At Ul. Święty Jerzy 6/10 In Poznań, Including In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing R B) Removal Of The Existing Window In A Fragment Of The Eastern Façade Along With The Removal Of A Fragment Of The External Wall From The Level Of The Window Sill To The Level Of The Floor Of The Room Inside The Building; C) Carving Out An Additional Window Opening; Covering The Existing Built-In External Stairs (Which Are An Extension Of The Existing Stairs In Front Of The Main Entrance), They Should Be Cleaned And Filled With Defects; F) Thorough Cleaning, Waterproofing And Finishing On A Par With The Rest Of The Façade Of The External Wall Of The Building After The Ramp Has Been Dismantled; G) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing External Window; J) Assembling The Frames And Embedding The Designed External Aluminum Doors According To The Design Plan; K) Making The Necessary Lay-Ups And Additions After The Construction Works Inside And Outside The Building; L) Painting; M) Cutting Grooves For Lintels; Radiator; S) Making The Necessary Touch-Ups And Additions After The Construction Works Inside And Outside The Building; T) Painting The Wall Of The Eastern Facade From The Main Entrance To The Corner Of The Building, To The Height From The Ground Level To The Level Of The Upper Edges Of The Windows. Color As Close As Possible To The Existing Color Of The Building (Detailed Shade To Be Matched On Site).
