The Purchase Is Designed In The Form Of A Single Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Common Use Terminal Equipment (Cute) Services Compatible With The Common Use Passenger Processing System (Cupps) Platform And The Creation Of A Baggage Reconciliation System (Brs) And The Provision Of Statistical Data And Reports, According To The Specifications. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers 15. The Contracting Entity Shall Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information By Submitting Two Consolidated Responses As Follows: On The 15Th Calendar Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. On The 11Th Calendar Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Requests For Clarifications In A Consolidated Manner, At The Mentioned Deadlines, Provided That The Requests For Clarifications Are Requested Within The Deadline Specified In The Procedure. If The Requests For Clarifications Are Not Submitted Within The Deadline, The Contracting Entity Will Respond To The Extent That The Period Of Time Required For The Elaboration And Transmission Of The Response Makes It Possible For All Economic Operators To Receive It Before The Deadline For The Submission Of Offers.
