The Subject Of The Order Is Adaptation Of A Room For The Purposes Of A Virtual Shooting Range - A School And Training System As Part Of The Development Of Shooting Sport In The Suwałki District For The School Complex In Dowspuda. The Task Carried Out In The Project Entitled Shooting Range In The District 2023 No. 1/2023/Cwcr As Part Of The Competition Announced By The Minister Of National Defense.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Redundant Sanitary And Ventilation Installation Pipes And Electrical Wires. 2) Replacement Of Pipe Parts. 3) Demolition Of The Partition Wall. 4) Demolition Works Of The Old Subgrade. 5) Disassembly Of The Internal Door Joinery. 6) Blocking Up Unnecessary Openings. 7) Installation Of Internal Door Joinery. 8) Casing Of Pipes At The Floor, Osb Board. 9) Enclosure Of Walls And Pipes With Waterproof Plasterboards. 10) Leveling The Ground And Making A Resin Floor In The Hall And Gres Tiles In The Corridor In Front Of The Entrance. 11) Painting Works. 12) Replacement And Relocation Of Two Radiators. 13) Installation Of The Electric Fan. 14) Electrical Installation Works - Wiring And Fittings,3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Execution Of These Works Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwior - Attachments To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Employer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards.5. The Contractor Must Ensure That Construction Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations On Independent Technical Functions In Construction And Regulations On Products And Materials Used In Construction.6. All Materials Used By The Contractor Must Have Valid Attestations, Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Allowing Their Use In Construction.7. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Necessary Tests, Checks And Measurements, And After Obtaining Positive Results, Present Them In The Reports And Hand Them Over To The Employer. In The Event Of Making Any Changes Permitted By The Regulations And In Accordance With The Contract, 8. The Employer Shall Provide Electricity, Water And Other Media Consumption Points Needed To Perform The Contract, And The Contractor Will Cover The Costs Of Media Consumption On The Terms Agreed With The User/Manager Of The Facility. 9. Switching On And Off Devices, Networks, Etc. Necessary For The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Obtained By The Contractor On His Own And Will Also Bear The Related Costs.10. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages Towards Third Parties In Connection With The Works Carried Out.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have, Throughout The Term Of The Contract, Civil Liability Insurance In The Field Of Business Activity In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract. If It Is Necessary To Continue The Insurance, He Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Without A Separate Request.12. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Implementation Are Defined In Detail By The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Contract Template, Which Are Annexes To This Swz.13. During The Tender Procedure, The Contractor Should Report Any Errors, Mistakes, Discrepancies In The Design Documentation And Apply To The Employer For Clarification. Pursuing Claims By The Contractor At A Later Date For Claims For Discrepancies Between The Actual State And The State Specified In The Design Documentation Will Not Be Possible, And The Consequences Will Be Charged To The Contractor Of The Works.14. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Made With The Use Of Materials And Devices Specified In The Design Documentation.15. The Documents Constituting This Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Equivalent. The Requirements Set Out In At Least One Of The Documents Are Binding For The Contractor As If They Were Included In The Entire Documentation. If Ambiguities Or Discrepancies Are Found Between These Documents, The Contracting Authority, After Obtaining The Opinion Of The Author Of The Document Or The Supervisor, Will Provide The Necessary Explanations In This Respect Or Issue The Necessary Instructions To The Contractor. The Contractor May Not Use These Ambiguities And Discrepancies To The Disadvantage Of The Employer.16. In The Event That The Documentation Indicates Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Acceptable To Use Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation And Obtaining The Consent Of The Author Of The Documentation. The Obligation To Prove Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.17. According To Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Equipment And Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer.18. The Obligation To Prove That The Material (Product) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Bidder - The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appropriate Documents Describing The Technical And Quality Parameters, Certificates And Other Documents Required By Law, Allowing The Materials (Products) To Be Used And Allowing To Clearly State That They Are Equivalent.
