The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Network Together With The Pressure-Increasing Water Pumping Station For Lubicz G rny.2) The Water Pumping Station Should Be Included In The Monitoring System Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure Facilities In Zuk Lubicz. The Control Cabinet Must Be Equipped With An Autonomous Plc (Supporting The Modbus Rtu Or Modbus Tcp/Ip Communication Protocol) And A Gprs Modem. The Software Of The New Pumping Stations Should Be Integrated And Compatible With The Existing Gsm/Gprs Monitoring System. The Construction Of The System Should Be Carried Out By Applying The Visualization Of New Objects On The Map Of The Scada System. The Works Should Be Performed By A Specialist Experienced In Editing Scada Visualization Used By The Employer, Approved By The Contractor Of This Application Or The Employer. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Control And Monitoring System Based On Gsm/Gprs Packet Data Transmission Cannot Be Changed To Another One. Cooperation Of Several Control And Monitoring Systems Is Also Not Allowed Due To The Costs Of Future Operation Of The Pumping Station. Specific Devices And Software Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Ordering Them. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Sectoral Arrangements, Administrative Decisions (Including Building Permits), Which Should Be Considered Together. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities And Construction Works Resulting From The Above-Mentioned 4) Design Documentation (Including, Among Others, Drawings, Descriptive Part Of The Documentation), Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb, Sectoral Arrangements And Obtained Administrative Decisions Are Mutually Complementary Documents. All Construction Works And Elements Included In The Description And Not Included In The Drawings And/Or Included In The Drawings And Not Included In The Description And In The Stwiorb Or In The Bill Of Quantities, Respectively, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Mentioned Documents.5) The Employer Informs That The Order Is Part Of The Construction Of The Water Main Under The Drw ca River And The Water And Sewage System In The Lubicz Commune Carried Out By The Employer For The Lubicz Commune As Part Of A Public Procurement. The Employer Is The General Contractor Of The Above-Mentioned Construction. The Contractor Will Be A Subcontractor Of The Employer (General Contractor). As A Result Of The Outcome Of The Proceedings In Question, The Employer Will Sign A Subcontract With The Contractor.
