The 4Th C2d Instruction Mission In March 2014 Confirmed Continued Support For Pndse Ii For Each Of Its Three Main Components: Improve The Quality And Relevance Of Education, Develop Expanded Access At The Base Level Of The System And Regulated At Its Higher Levels, Improve Management And Governance Of The Sector.
