The Future Contractor Will Always Contribute/Direct His Activity In An Effort To Find The Most Effective Solution From The Point Of View Of The Construction, Among Other Things By Actively Coordinating The Design Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction From The Position Of Performing Construction Technical Supervision Of The Investor, He Will Be Able To Search For Risks Associated With The Construction And Effectively Prevent Them, He Will Assess And Deal With Changes To The Construction In A Responsible Manner, He Will Provide The Investor With Information About The Progress Of The Preparation And Implementation Of The Construction In A Corresponding Manner And To The Corresponding Extent. For The Provision Of Performance, It Will Use Persons With Appropriate Education, Experience, Valid Authorizations And Managerial Knowledge.
