The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of Primary School No. 2 Im. Holy Father Jana Pawła Ii In Chmielnik In The 2023/2024 School Year, As Described Below: Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Meal In The Form Of A One-Course Meal For School Children And Preparation And Delivery Of A Full Meal (Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Tea) For Children From Pre-School Departments. Delivery Of One-Course Meals/Full Meals Will Take Place From 01/09/2023 To 31/07/2024, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays, Statutory Holidays Or Additional Holidays. Meals Should Be Delivered To Primary School No. 2 Im. Holy Father Jana Pała Ii In Chmielnik, Address: 36-016 Chmielnik 316. Delivery Hours: • Breakfast From 7:45 A.M. To 8:30• Lunch And Afternoon Snack/Single Course Meal: 10:30 To 11:00 01/09/2023 And From 21/06/2024 To 31/07/2024 And During The Winter Holidays, Delivery Of One-Course Meals/Full Meals For Pre-School Children Only. In An Exceptional Situation Related To A Change In The Organization Of A School Day, The Delivery Of A Meal/Lunch Will Take Place At A Different Time Or May Be Canceled - After Prior Agreement With The Contractor. In The Period From September 1, 2023 To July 31, 2024. Approximately 7,360 One-Course Meals And 10,215 Full Meals Are Expected To Be Delivered, I.E. 40X184 One-Course Meals And 45X227 Full Meals In The Pre-School Ward. Days (Related To The Organization Of School Work). The Employer Shall Notify The Contractor By 7:30 A.M. On A Given Day At The Latest. 3) The Right To Cancel The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Is Reserved In The Event Of A Temporary Limitation Of The Functioning Of Educational Units Due To Circumstances Related To The Closure Of School Or Kindergarten Facilities. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food Must Be Complied With. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For Children And Adolescents. Meals Should Be Prepared From Wholesome Fresh Food Products With Valid Expiry Dates, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary And Sanitary Art, In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132 As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On The Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). 5) The Employer Will Pay The Contractor Only For Meals Actually Served To Children In Accordance With The Daily Needs. 6) The Contractor Shall Provide A Menu Prepared For 10 Days (At Least 3 Days In Advance), Specifying The Weight Ingredients (Grammage) And Allergens Of The Dishes - For The Ordering Partys Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Quality Of Meals/Dinners In Accordance With The Presented Menu. On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). Meals Must Be Of High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Grammage And Aesthetics, And Take Into Account The Polish Culinary Tradition. The Contractor Must Have Full Authorizations Needed To Provide The Service Issued By The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector. The Condition Of Meals And The Method Of Delivery Must Meet The Requirements Of The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station.8) When Planning Meals, The Recommended Energy Value, Size Of Meals And Product Standards For Children Aged 3 - 15 Should Be Taken Into Account. Meals Prepared On The Basis Of Semi-Finished Products And Fast Food Or Frozen Dishes Are Excluded. 9) The Contractor Is Ready To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of Disruption Of The Technological Process (For Independent Reasons, Lack Of Electricity, Lack Of Water, Etc.) Of The Meals Produced. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Alternative Proposal For Meals Delivered, E.G. Packed Lunches.10) Meals Must Be Prepared By Persons With A Medical Certificate From Tests Carried Out For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In A Plant That Meets The Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements For Production Plants Or Those That Market Meals, Foodstuffs .11) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Regulations On Production Technology And The Quality Of Services (E.G. To Check The Weight Of A Meal) On An Ongoing Basis. 12) The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain Cleanliness And Comply With Sanitary Requirements In The Rooms Used For Preparing Meals. 13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Food Samples In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 17 April 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Mass Caterers For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations14 ) The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals With Its Own Transport, While Maintaining The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Terms Of Personnel, Production Conditions And Will Take Responsibility For Their Compliance. I.E. When Delivering A Meal, Full Ones Are Exchanged For Empty Ones), By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Food, Thermos Flasks Are Provided By The Contractor. Production To The Distribution Premises At The School Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At His Cost.18) Due To The Need To Deliver Meals, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit, Before Signing The Contract, The Decision Of The Competent Sanitary Inspector On The Admission Of The Means Of Transport To Transport Meals For Collective Catering.19) Duties The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Containers And Post-Consumer Waste Daily, Regardless Of Their Quantity. The Contractor Shall Ensure Washing And Disinfection Of Thermoses And Packaging In Its Own Rooms In Which Meals Will Be Delivered, In Accordance With Sanitary And Microbiological Rules And Regulations And Haccp Standards.
