The Subject Of The Contract Is: Execution Of The Heating Plant In Wadowice, Under Which The Employer Provides For: 1) Modernization Of Rooms, Such As Renovation Of Ceilings, Plasters, Wall Linings, Floors; 2) Assembly Of Door Woodwork; 3) Demolition Of Internal Walls And Assembly Of Partition Walls Bricking Up Openings, Recesses, Punctures; 4) Reconstruction Of The Electrical And Lighting Installation; 5) Installation Of Video Monitoring Installation, Which Includes: - Installation And Configuration Of Cameras, Recorders With All Elements, - Installation Of A Surveillance System, - Installation Of Entrance Control For Internal Rooms - Testing The Correct Functioning Of All Elements, - Conducting On-Site Training For Persons Indicated By The Employer, 6) Modernization And Assembly Of The Water And Sewage System, C.O. (Building Connected To The Municipal Heating Network Termowad), Gravitational Ventilation;7) Construction Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Renovation Of External Stairs Along With Hardening The Area (Pavement);8) Other Finishing Works The Contractor Is Obliged Each Time To Obtain The Consent Of The Employer For The Use Of Materials And Finishing Elements, White Assembly And Equipment Proposed By The Contractor. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In A Part Of A One-Story Public Utility Building At Ul. Mickiewicza 26 In Wadowice, In Unused And Partially Used Rooms. The Scope Of The Investment Does Not Apply To Structural Elements And Does Not Require Notification Or A Building Permit.
