The Subject Of The Contract Is: Provision Of Catering Services For The Municipal Kindergarten. Dwarf Hałabała In Podkowa Leśna In The Period From September 1, 2023. By December 31, 2023. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Documentation, Including The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 8 To The Swz). Meals Should Be Delivered In Thermally Insulated Containers And Thermos Flasks, For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Attestations And Certificates. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals By Own Transport, Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Food. Meals Should Be Transported By A Car Adapted To Transport Food, For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Documents Confirming The Adaptation Of The Vehicle. The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Number Of Meals On The Day Of The Service, I.E. On The Same Day Until 7.30. Meals Should Be Delivered Directly To The Pre-Warehouse Of The Catering Kitchen On Working Days (I.E. During The Functioning Of The Kindergarten), From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays, Taking Into Account Breaks In The Kindergartens Work. Deliveries Of Kindergarten Meals Must Be Delivered By The Contractor At The Following Times Of The Day: At 8.15 (Breakfast) At 11.30 (Lunch And Afternoon Tea) The Daily Menu Includes: Lunch, Which Includes (E.G.): A. Soup (250 Ml): Calorific Value 200 Kcal, B. Second Course Including: Carbohydrate Product (200G): Potatoes, Groats, Rice, Pasta Or E.G. Silesian Dumplings, Dumplings; Protein Product Of Animal Origin - Ready 60G (Meat, E.G. A Piece Of Meat, Chicken Leg, Turkey Breast, Pork Chop, Chicken Breast Steak, Beef Cutlets, Goulash, Etc., Or Fish (Fillet Slice, Without Bones) - Ready 80G. ), C. Salad, Cooked Vegetables Or Fruit 100 G (The Assortment Of Served Vegetables And Fruits Should Be Varied), D. Compote, Juice From Fresh And Wholesome Products (200 Ml) Or Water Twice A Week. Breakfast, Which Includes (E.G.): A. Milk Soup 250 Ml (Twice A Week) E.G. Barley Flakes, Oat Flakes, Semolina, Mash, Milk Pasta; B. Mixed Bread 80G, Butter 10G, - Sausage 0.025G (Alternatively): Sirloin, Ham Without Preservatives, Poultry Ham, Cooked Country Ham, Pâté, - Egg (Egg Paste, Scrambled Egg, Boiled Egg), - Dairy Products: Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese, Cheese Pastes, Cheese, - Fish: Fish Pastes, C. Fruit Tea (Dried), Milk, Coffee, Cocoa (In The Absence Of Milk Soup), D. Vegetables On A Sandwich: Tomato, Cucumber, Pickled Cucumber, Radish, Chives, Paprika. Sunday, Which Includes (E.G.): A. Bun, Challah, Baguette, Croissant (2 Times A Week),A) Fruit Cocktails 200 Ml Made Of Fresh Fruit In Season (Fruit Mousses Out Of Season),B) Jelly, Jelly (200 Ml),C) Natural Yoghurt With Fruit (100G + Fruit), D) Homemade Confectionery (Yeast Cake, Carrot Cake, Etc.) E) Fruit 100 G Each Dayf) Biscuits, Corn Crisps, Rice Cakes, With Allergens Listed. B. Three Times A Week A Meat Dinner (With Wholesome Animal Protein) Is To Be Prepared, Twice A Week A Meatless Vegetarian Dish (Containing A Protein Product, E.G. Fish, Chicken Eggs, Cheese). Preferred Stewed And Boiled Dishes.C. The Contractor Undertakes Not To Use Ready-Made Tinned Dishes And Flavor Enhancers Available On The Market, As Well As Ready-Made Meals In Bags. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party (E.G. Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Taking Into Account The Individual Needs Of Allergy Sufferers). The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing The Menu, Including A Separate Menu For Children With Food Allergies, Dairy-Free And Other Allergy Sufferers. The Menus Prepared By The Contractor Should Be Varied And Diverse (They Should Include All The Products Specified In Point 9. The Menus Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party (Director Of The Educational Institution Or A Person Authorized By Him/Her) 5 Days Before The Period Of Its Validity. The Menus Should Be Different For Each Day. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Make Changes To The Menu Presented By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Dinners And Other Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality, Fresh, Natural Products, In Accordance With Safety Standards And Haccp Standards And The Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016 Item 1154. The Contractor, While Performing The Contract, Is Obliged To Comply With The Recommendations And Standards Binding And Recommended By The Food And Nutrition Institute, As Well As The Principles Of Healthy Nutrition And Mass Catering, As Well As The Quality And Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract. When Planning Meals, The Recommended Energy Value And Product Standards Should Be Taken Into Account. Lunches And Other Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Procedures Necessary To Ensure Food And Nutrition Safety, Taking Into Account The Provisions Set Out In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of 2022, Item 2132 As Amended) And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Meet The Requirements Of Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). Lunches And Other Meals Must Be Prepared By Persons With A Medical Certificate From Tests Carried Out For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In A Plant That Meets The Hygienic And Sanitary Requirements For Plants Producing Or Marketing Meals And Foodstuffs. Distribution Of Meals Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Waste Related To The Catering Service And Is Thus Responsible For The Management Of This Waste And Bears The Related Costs In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699 As Amended). The Contractor Is Ready To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of A Disruption Of The Technological Process (For Independent Reasons, Lack Of Electricity, Lack Of Water, Etc.) Of The Meals Produced - The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Alternative Proposal For The Delivered Meals, E.G. Packed Lunches. The Contractor Is Obliged To Store Food Samples For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Settlement Will Be Made For Actually Delivered Meals According To The Price Specified In The Offer Forms. In The Case Of Performing A Reduced Scope Of The Service Than Indicated In The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Commissioning The Unperformed Part Of The Service. For The Performance And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Issue Monthly Vat Invoices. Lunches Prepared And Delivered By The Contractor In A Given Month. The Principal Of The Kindergarten Or Another Person Authorized By Him Will Be The Representative Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Shall Issue A Vat Invoice To The Buyer For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Preparing Meals, E.G. A Packed Lunch, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Them, After Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Date And Method Of Performing The Required Deliveries. Medical, Other Similar Absence). Due To An Unforeseen Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Children Using Lunches During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Ordered Lunches In Relation To The Amounts Specified In The Contract. Such A Circumstance May Not Be The Reason For Termination Of The Contract And May Not Constitute Grounds For Making Claims For Unrealized Deliveries. The Minimum Number Of Ordered Meals Is 5. [Employment Requirements]2 The Contracting Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Contracting Party In The Scope Of Order Performance: A Person Preparing Meals (1 Person) And A Driver Delivering Meals (1 Person) On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship .), If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Contracting Partys Powers To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Contained In Annex 8 To The Tor, I.E.: Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
