Work Detail

1. Delivery Of Brand New Ict Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment), I.E.: 1) Delivery Of Laptops - 145 Items, 2) Delivery Of Tablets - 86 Items, To 17 Wroc aw Primary And Secondary Schools.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Spreadsheet For Task 1, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Sheet 1). 3. All Accessories And Additional Equipment Indicated In Opz.4 Must Be Attached To The Offered Equipment. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It And Bring It To The Indicated Rooms In A Given School (Delivery Will Be Made Directly To The Schools Indicated In Section 6) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage That May Have Occurred.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Is Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.6. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.8. When Delivering The Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Instruction Manuals In Polish.9. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Packaged In A Way That Protects It From Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Report.10. Planned Order Completion Date: Up To 35 Days From The Date Of Concluding The Contract (Note: The Completion Date Is An Evaluation Criterion).11. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Given School Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 1 Working Day.12. The Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 To 15.00, Excluding Saturdays - Or At Any Other Time Approved By The Headmaster Of A Given School.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Written Information On The Specific Date Of Delivery To A Given School As Part Of The Task In Question (The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Specific Delivery Days For Individual Schools Indicated Above) - The Template Of The Document Is Attached As Appendix 9 To The Sez Task 1 - Timely List Of Deliveries (Hereinafter Referred To As The List). Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The List After The Procedure Has Been Settled (No Later Than Before Signing The Contracts) - At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Contractors Delivery Of The List Referred To Above Is A Prerequisite For Signing The Contracts. 14. Due To The Fact That The Recipient Of The Order May Be, Among Others, People With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 100 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Equipment Has The Ability To Be Properly Adapted To Enable It To Be Used Also By People Who Are Visually Impaired, Hard Of Hearing And With Mobility Limitations, I.E.: 1) Laptops (Item 1 Of The Sheet) - The Possibility Of Installing Software In The Future And Connecting Devices Such As: A Specialized Keyboard, Devices Replacing A Computer Mouse, For The Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired And For People With Mobility Disabilities. 2) Tablet (Item 2 Of The Sheet) - Possible To Be Installed In The Future Software For The Hearing-Impaired, Visually Impaired And For People With Physical Disabilities.15. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Supplied Equipment, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report (The Detailed Scope Of The Guarantee Along With The Specification Of The Assortment To Which It Applies Is Specified In Sheet 1, While The Terms Of The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Terms And Conditions).
