The Consulting Firm Is Expected To Provide A Comprehensive, Five-Year Strategy Document For Increasing The Production, Competitiveness, And Export Of Jamaican Yams. The National Yam Strategy Should Include A Marketing Strategy, And A Business Model, And A Monitoring And Evaluation Framework. It Is Anticipated That This Strategy Will Assist In The Development Of The Industry, Recognizing The Opportunities Within All Varieties Viable For Export. The Strategy Should Identify The Different Products, Market Segments, And Value-Added Opportunities For Yam Production As Well As The Distribution Channels And Competitive Frameworks That Exist.
