The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works In The Scope Of Repairing The Cloakroom And Public Bath Rooms, Located In The Basement Of The Barracks Building No. 1, In The Stawy Military Complex Administered By The 41St Training Aviation Base In Dęblin - In The Scope Of The Following Works: Demolition And Preparatory Works; Construction Carpentry Works; Walls And Partitions; Plasters And Facings; Painting Works; Floor And Wall Coverings; Hydraulic Installation Works; Co Installations; Installing Ventilation; Electrical Installation Works; Finishing And Other Works. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Tor (Appendix No. 2 To The Agreement); Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Tor (Appendix No. 3 To The Agreement) And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Agreement (Appendix No. 5 To The Tor). The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform Construction Works Not Included In This Documentation, And Without Which The Contract Cannot Be Performed, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Their Implementation In Accordance With The Standards And Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In This Swz And In Accordance With The Attachments Thereto. Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Must End With Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations By The Parties Within 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. , Located In The Basement Of Building No. 1 Of The Barracks, In The Stawy Military Complex, Should Be Carried Out From 7:00 To 15:00 From Monday To Friday, The Need To Carry Out Works On Working Days After 15:00 And On Non-Working Days Should Be Reported At Least 3 Days (Three Days) Before The Commencement Of Works, By A Written Notification By The Contractor Of The Works To The Stawy Warehouse Manager, 3 Rblog Kraków, 08-530 Dęblin, Specifying The Names Of The Persons And The Type Of Equipment. Contractors Interested In A Site Visit Should Report On 26 July 2023 (Wednesday) At 10:00 To The Military Complex Stawy - Dęblin (Main Gate - Pass Office). Pursuant To Art. 131 Sec. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of The Contractors Carrying Out A Site Inspection. Presence At The On-Site Visit Is Not Required To Submit An Offer. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Contract Into Parts, And Thus Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For The Full Scope Of The Contract. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Contract At His Own Expense Insurance And Delivery To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Date Of The Handover Of The Construction Site In A Protocol: 1) A Paid Civil Liability Policy For The Conducted Activity, Including Also: A) Contractual Liability For Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of Obligations, B) Pure Financial Losses, And In The Absence Of Other Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of This Contract For The Amount Of At Least Pln 200,000 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys); 2) A Paid Construction Site Insurance Policy Against All Risks (Insurance Of Construction And Assembly Risks ). The Remuneration For This Contract Will Be In The Form Of A Lump Sum.
