The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Second Floor Of Building A And D Of The District Hospital In Czarnków, For The Purposes Of The Department Of Anaesthesiology And Intensive Care, Adaptation To The Current Regulations And Standards And Functional Optimization Taking Into Account The Current Functional, Functional And Spatial Requirements Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 26, 2019 On The Requirements That Should Be Met By The Premises And Equipment Of The Entity Performing Medical Activities (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 402). The Works Include The Reconstruction Of The Upper Part Of The Southern Façade. – East Behind The Existing Gable Of The Side Avant-Corps Of The Building, A Full Wall Is Planned, Faced With Bricks Or Ceramic Tiles In A Color Matched To The Color Of The Existing Brick Façade. The Horizontal Section Of The Rebuilt Roof Will Be Supported On The Wall, Which Is An Extension Of The Earlier Reconstruction Of The Roof Of Building A. The Extension Of The Horizontal Section Of The Roof Will Enable The Solution Of The Internal Communication Of The Ward In Accordance With The Regulations (Min. Height 2.2 M And Width 2.4 - 2.7 M Allowing For Maneuvering The Hospital Bed). , In Place Of The Existing Dormers, The Roof Will Be Demolished And The Horizontal Section Of The Roof Extended. The Existing External Knee Wall With The Cornice Will Be Dismantled In This Section, And A Glazed Wall Made Of Aluminum Profiles Will Be Installed In Its Place, Referring In Color And Proportions To The New Wall In The New Part Of The Hospital. Replacing The Brick Knee Wall With A Glazed Wall Will Make It Possible To Obtain The Distance Of 3.0 M From The Hospital Lift Door To The Opposite Wall, As Required By Technical And Construction Regulations. The Dormers Will Be Replaced With Skylight Windows, As On The Neighboring Roof Of Building B. The Colors Of The Windows Are Identical To The Existing Ones.
