The Ordering Party Points Out That The Cyclical Deliveries Should Each Time Be Adjusted In Terms Of Weight And Subject Matter To The Placed Order.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 4 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Allows Submitting An Offer For A Maximum Of 1 Of The Parts Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 4 To The Swz And Annex 1A - The Price Form. The Ordering Party Will Consider Each Partial Offer Separately. 5. Whenever The Swz Does Not Indicate That A Given Provision Applies To A Specific Part Of The Contract, It Should Be Assumed That It Is The Same For Each Part Of The Contract.6. The Order Will Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Appendix No. 4 To The Tor And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Appendix No. 3 To The Tor - Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order.
