Work Detail
1) The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Ready-Made Hot Meals In The Form Of Lunch (Second Course) To Students Of Primary School No. 3 Im. John Paul Ii In Wschowa. 1.3. Lunches Will Be Delivered Starting From 05/09/2023. On Weekdays From Monday To Friday, Excluding The Period Of Holiday Breaks, School Holidays, Holidays And Statutory Or Additional Days Free From Classes. Meals Will Be Served From Monday To Friday From 11.30 To 13.00.2) In Exceptional Situations Related To A Change In The Organization Of The Day Work At School, The Hours Of Lunch Delivery May Be Changed - After Prior Agreement Of The School Management With The Contractor. 3) For The Purpose Of Estimating Costs And Evaluating Tenders, The Employer Provides The Estimated Total Number Of Meals To Be Prepared And Served During The Performance Of The Contract: Estimated Number Of Days On Which School Classes Will Be Held During The Term Of The Contract - 500 Days. This Number May Differ From The Actual Number Of Days On Which Meals Will Be Served For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. Number Of Children Covered By Meals +/- 80. The Number Of People Using Meals May Change During The Term Of The Contract. 500 Days X 80 Meals A Day = 40,000 Meals/36 Months. The Actual And Final Size Of The Order Will Depend On The Actual Number Of Meals Ordered And Delivered. In View Of The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Amount Of Meals Being The Subject Of The Order, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Claims For Unrealized Deliveries Or Refusal To Complete The Order. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Implement At Least 70% Of The Scope Of The Order. Any Changes In The Number Of Ordered Lunches Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party Electronically To The Contractor No Later Than 8:00 A.M. On School Lunch Day. 4) Requirements Of The Contracting Party: 4A) Meals Will Be Served In The Canteen At The Headquarters Of Primary School No. 3 For Them. John Paul Ii In Wschowa At Ul. Zacisze 1.4B) The Contractor Should Have At Least One Car For Transporting Food, Which Has Been Entered Into The Register Of Plants Subject To Official Food Control By The State Poviat Sanitary Inspector. 4C) The Contractor Should Have A Premises Adapted To Prepare Meals And Have A Decision Of The State Sanitary Inspector Competent For The Contractors Seat Or Place Of Business On The Approval Of The Plant, Confirming That The Kitchen And The Premises Where The Contractors Meals Will Be Served Are Entered In The Register Of Plants Subject To The Control Of The State Poviat. 5) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Shall Provide Documentation Confirming The Number Of Meals Delivered - Once A Month, Together With An Invoice For The Service Provided. 6) The Contractor Shall Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For Meals Actually Delivered. Lunch With A Minimum Weight Of 400 G, Consisting Of A Main Course, Salad And Compote Or Juice, Meeting The Following Minimum Requirements: A) Meat Meals (At Least 3 Meals A Week): 100 G Meat, 200 G Potatoes (Or Alternatively Rice, Groats, Pasta, Dumplings), 100 G Salad, B) Half-Meat Meals (Maximum One Meal A Week) Such As: Pasta With Bolognese Sauce, Lasagna, Cabbage Rolls, C) Meat-Free Dish (Maximum 2 Meals A Week) Such As: Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Etc., ( If The Contractor Proposes A Meat-Free Dinner, The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Meal Consists Of A Soup And A Meat-Free Dish) D) Fresh Fish 100 G (Fillet) It Is Required To Use A Fresh Fillet Of Trout Or Cod Or Salmon Or Tuna At Least Once A Week With Added Starch (Eg. Groats, Pasta, Potatoes, Rice), 100 G Of Salad, E) Compote Or Fruit Juice Must Be Added To Each Meal - Not Less Than 200 Ml Per One Child.8) Other Requirements: A) Stuffing Content In Products Such As Stuffed Cabbage, Croquettes , Dumplings Min. 30%, B) Flour Products Such As Croquettes, Dumplings, Dumplings, Dumplings, Noodles, Pasta Must Not Be Sticky, Not Soaked In Fat, The Dough Should Be Firm And Light In Color, C) Each Meal Must Include Fruit Or Vegetables. The Boiler Charge Rate Is A Fee Equal To The Cost Of Ingredients Necessary To Prepare A Meal. 10) The Contracting Entity Requires That In One Decade The Menu Should Include: A) 6 Meat Meals Made Of Lean Meat With Added Starch (E.G. Groats, Pasta, Potatoes, Rice), B) 2 Half-Meat Meals (E.G. Pasta With Bolognese Sauce) , Lasagna, Stuffed Cabbage), C) 1 Meat-Free Meal (Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Etc.), D) 1 Meal - Fresh Fish (It Is Required To Use A Fresh Trout Or Cod Fillet, Or Salmon Or Tuna At Least Once A Decade) With A Starch Addition (E.G. Groats, Pasta, Potatoes, Rice), E) Salad (Including Seasonal Fruit And Vegetables) Or A Vegetable Or Vegetable And Fruit Supplement Served Hot (E.G. Green Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Beetroot, Fresh Cabbage, Etc.), F) Compote With Fruit Filling (Taking Into Account Seasonal Fruit, It Is Allowed To Have Juice Twice In A Decade). 13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals In A Kitchen That Meets The Requirements Of Sanitary Standards, And Then Deliver Them In Thermos Flasks To The School Canteen. The Contractor Will Provide All Organizational Matters Related To The Direct Distribution Of Meals To Children. The Contractor Provides Staff To Serve Meals And Wash Dirty Dishes In The Dishwasher Delivered To The School. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have His Own Tableware For Serving Meals And Cutlery, And To Collect Containers After The Delivered Meal Every Day.15) In The Process Of Preparing Meals, It Is Recommended To Use Vegetable Fats. Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products. It Is Forbidden To Serve Meals Prepared On The Basis Of Fast Food. It Is Forbidden To Prepare Any Dishes From Powder (Except For Puddings, Jellies And Jellies). (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2132), Recommended Nutritional Standards For School Childrens Age Groups And Meet The Standards Set By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition For Children And Youth And Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For A Given Age Group. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard Based On The Highest Quality And Safety Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards. Meals Must Be Prepared In Strict Compliance With The Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector. 17) The Time Between The Preparation Of The Meal And Its Delivery And Distribution To Students Should Not Be Longer Than 2 Hours. 18) This Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. 19) The Contractors Duties As Part Of The Remuneration Also Include: A) Ensuring A Sufficient Number Of Dishes (Plates, Cutlery, Cups) In Which Meals Will Be Served, B) Serving Meals - Meals Will Be Served In The School Canteen, C) Maintaining Cleanliness And Removing Post-Consumer Waste In Places Where Meals Are Served.20) The Meal Should Be Served With The Use Of Appropriate Reusable Dishes And Cutlery Provided By The Contractor, Intended For Contact With Food, As Specified In The Provisions Of The Food And Nutrition Safety Act. The Same Conditions Should Be Met By Means Of Transport And Thermoses Used For Transporting Meals.21) The Contractors Obligations Falling Within The Scope Of The Contract Include Ensuring For The Purposes Of Its Proper Performance Executive Personnel (People) With Appropriate Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience. 22) The Contractors Staff Should Have Current Ohs And Haccp Training, As Well As Current Health Books. The Contractor Is Legally Responsible For Childrens Nutrition Before The Competent State Poviat Sanitary Inspector. 24) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Issuing A Packed Lunch In Exchange For A Meal. Transportation Of Meals Should Take Place In Appropriate, Dedicated Thermal Insulation Containers Made Of Plastics Protecting Meals Against Spilling And Cooling, Ensuring Proper Protection, Temperature And Quality Of Transported Food. The Condition Of Meals And The Method Of Delivery Must Meet The Requirements Of The State Poviat Sanitary And Epidemiological Station.
