The Subject Of The Order Is A Framework Agreement With A Single Company On The Creation Or Adaptation Of Software* Or Web Applications On The Basis Of A Work Contract And, If Agreed Below, Maintenance After Acceptance And/Or Further Development And Adaptation Together With Services And Other Services Related To The Subject Of The Order , Especially Web Hosting And Web Administration. The Maximum Call Volume From The Framework Agreement Is Eur 6,722,690 (Net) Or Eur 8,000,000 (Gross). There Is No Minimum Order Quantity. The Customer Has The Right To Terminate The Individual Calls Under This Framework Agreement With A Notice Period Of Five Working Days.
