Amiens Métropole Acts As A Contracting Entity. This Third Consultation Concerns Only The Relaunch Of Lots 05 And 08 Which Remained Unsuccessful Following A Second Consultation Launched According To The Procedure Of The Open Call For Tenders In 11 Lots. Each Lot Will Be The Subject Of A Framework Agreement, Without Minimum, With Maximum, Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Each Lot Will Be Awarded Separately. Each Framework Agreement Will Be Awarded To A Single Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract. No Free Variant Is Authorized And No Compulsory Variant Is Planned For This Consultation (Article 2.3.1 Of The Rc).
