Prior Information Notice For Bz Dhf - Zephyr Integrated Workspace Management System. The Housing And Facility Affairs Department (Dhf) Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (Bz) Has Been Using An Ict Solution From Planon Since The 1990S To Support Its Facility And Property Management. After Careful Consideration, Bz Has Decided To Renew The Standing Solution For Several Reasons. With This In Mind, Project Zephyr - Iwms Was Started. Bz Intends To Contract One Contractor To Supply, Implement And Manage A Saas Ict Solution For An “Integrated Workspace Management System” For Dhf. The Duration Of The Agreement Is A Minimum Of 5 And A Maximum Of 12 Years. The Ict Solution Supports The Following Primary Processes: Property Service And Facility Management Property Maintenance Renewal And Adjustment Portfolio And Also The Secondary Processes: Shopping Contract Management Project Management Planning And Control Decision
