Call For Requests To Participate - Supply And Installation Of Pantographs And Night Chargers For Hybrid Or Electric Buses And Supply Of Mobile Chargers For Hybrid Or Electric Buses. This Is A Framework Agreement Entered Into By Negotiated Procedure With Prior Call For Competition, For A Period Of 2 Years From The Notification Of Award, Renewable 6 Times For A Period Of 1 Year (Maximum Duration Of 8 Years). This Duration Is The Same For Each Batch. The Renewal Operates Tacitly, For Each Of The Lots, At The End Of Each Period, Unless The Contrary Is Expressed By The Contracting Authority At Least 3 Months Before The End Of The Current Period. The Waiver May Be Notified By The Contracting Authority By Sending A Registered Letter To The Address Of The Successful Bidder. The Framework Agreement Consists Of 3 Lots: Lot 1: Supply And Installation Of Pantographs For Hybrid Or Electric Buses.
