This Includes Provision Of Suitably Qualified Personnel To Carry Out Engineer To Contract, EngineerS Representative And EngineerS Representative Assistant Services For Paert Roundabout. Note: 1. This Contract May Be Extended To Include Contract Management Services For Other Nzup South Auckland (Sap) Projects (Waihoehoe Road Upgrade And Sh22 Urbanisation) Subject To The Appointed Consultants Performance And At Waka KotahiS Sole Discretion. 2. Nominated Engineer To Contract And EngineerS Representatives Must Hold Waka Kotahi Level 3 Accreditation As A Minimum. The Paert Roundabout Works Consist Of: Construction Of A Large Diameter Roundabout, Cycle And Pedestrian Facilities, Streetlighting, Utilities Relocation, And Landscaping. This Project Is Adjacent To The Proposed Paert Railway Station Being Delivered By Kiwirail And Will Be Responsible For Providing Access To The Rail Station And Associated Park And Ride Facilities. The Rail Station Is Scheduled To Be Operational In January 2025. The Programme For Construction Of The Paert Roundabout Project (Post Contract Award Of The Physical Works) Is 15 Months Commencing From January 2024. As Background, The Nzup South Auckland Package (Sap) Investment Consists Of Transport Network Improvements Including Road Safety Improvements, Urbanisation Measures, Public Transport Enhancements And Active Mode Development. The Sap Will Be Delivered As A Programme Of Works Consisting Of Several Individual Projects To Support And Achieve The Objectives.
