The Ministry Intends To Apply A Part Of The Proceeds Towards The Consultancy Service For The Implementation And Dissemination Of The New Strategic Plan Including The Planning And Execution Of A Change Management Sensitization Campaign For The Belize Tax Service. Objective Of The Consultancy: The Purpose Of This Consultancy Is For The Implementation And Dissemination Of The Strategic Plan For The Belize Tax Service Based On The Merged Actions And Operations Of The Consolidated Tax Departments (Department Of General Sales Tax And Income Tax Department); And To Drive The Change Management Plan And Execute A Change Management Sensitization Campaign To Ensure A Successful Transition And Adoption Of The New Integrated Tax Administration System (Itas) By All Stakeholders. The Consulting Services (The Services) Includes The Contracting Of A Consultancy Firm For A Period Of Ten (10) Months To Implement The Newly Developed Strategic Plan And Develop And Execute The Change Management Sensitization Campaign. The Change Management Sensitization Campaign Will Focus On The People Side Of Change To Assist Taxpayers In Accepting And Understanding The Planned Changes To Business Processes, Systems And Technology, Job Roles And Organization Structures And Accountability Framework.
