The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of A Part Of Building No. 16 In The Military Complex At Ul. Czwartaków 1 In Brodnica, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Scope Contained In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) And Design Documentation, Including The Bill Of Quantities. It Is The Contractors Duty To Prepare A Works Schedule Before Commencing The Works, In Consultation With The Supervisory Inspector Indicated In The Contract. The Contractor Shall Submit The Schedule To The Employer In Four Identical Copies No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site. ►The Facility In Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution, Excluding The Part Of The Building Where The Works Will Be Carried Out. All Construction Works Should Be Organized And Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The Complex, Building And Uninterrupted Use Of The Building. ►Scope Of The Contract: ►Sanitary Works: Replacement Of The Water And Sewage System; Replacement Of Sanitary Facilities; Replacement Of Radiators And Central Heating Pipes;►Electrical Works: Replacement Of Cables, Sockets And Connectors; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures; Assembly Of Switchgear Boxes; ►Construction Works: Disassembly And Demolition Works; Replacement Of Door Joinery; Replacement Of Window Joinery; Masonry Works; Vertical And Horizontal Damp Insulation Of Rooms; Installation Of Sewage And Water Risers With Plasterboards; Chipping Off Old And Making New Internal Plasters; Laying Wall And Floor Tiles; Laying Floor Coverings; Painting Works On The Surface Of Walls And Ceilings With Prior Application Of Gypsum Plasters; Execution Of Suspended Ceilings From Boards, Transport And Utilization Of Construction Waste And Scrap. ►The Scope Of Works Also Includes Accompanying Works Consisting In Lighting The Work Site, Securing The Work Site With Warning Signs, Construction And Maintenance Of Construction Site Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Implemented By The Contractor With His Own Efforts And In The Price Of The Contract. ► The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Safety Of The Employees Performing The Works (In Particular, Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Secure The Building Against Destruction And Other Damage; 3) Works In The Area Where Works Are Performed In A Way That Is Not Inconvenient For Users Of The Military Complex4) Enabling Employees, Soldiers And Clients Of A Given Military Unit To Use The Building And Complex Premises In A Safe And Undisturbed Manner During The Implementation Of Works;5) Ensure, On Their Own And At Their Own Expense, Persons Performing Subject Of The Order, Proper Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Protective Clothing And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Equipment, Means (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Agreement. In The Event Of Failure To Ensure The Conditions As Above, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Actions Or Omissions. ►The Contractors Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined In A Cost Estimate, According To The Price Indicated In The Contractors Offer. ►The Contractor Provides All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Approved For Use By The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law ( Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, Consolidated Text), With Valid Attestations And Certificates Allowing For Their Use. ►Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract May Not Reduce The Value In Use And Quality Of The Elements Of The Contract Or Adversely Affect Durability, Functionality, Aesthetics And Safety Of Use And Use Of The Work Site And Its Boundaries. ►The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Works In Accordance With The Construction Art And Construction Standards, Applicable Regulations And Technical And Technological Standards, While Maintaining Applicable Health And Safety Regulations. ►Transport Of All Materials And Devices To The Site Execution Of The Works And Their Operation Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. ► The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Collection And Disposal Of Waste (Garbage, Rubble, Etc.) On Its Own, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act On Waste (Article 3(1)(32) Of The Act On Waste Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended) And Documenting These Activities. On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699, As Amended). ► The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Remove The Scrap Obtained During Construction Works. The Scrap Obtained From The Disassembly On An Ongoing Basis Should Be Immediately Weighed In The Presence Of The Supervision Inspector On The Side Of The Employer. Removal Of Scrap From The Construction Site Will Be Possible After A Written Notification And Approval Of The Document By The Supervision Inspector. From Each Export And Weighing, A Quantitative Statement Of The Scrap Obtained From The Dismantling Will Be Prepared, With An Indication Of The Type Criterion (Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminum, Brass Scrap). Each Time, Based On The Prepared Statement Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap Metal, The Ordering Party Shall Issue A Vat Invoice In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of The Act And Thus Authorize The Contractor To Sell Or Use The Scrap Obtained From Dismantling. ►The Value Of Scrap Metal Will Be Determined As Follows: Quantity Of Kg Of Steel Scrap X Pln 0.88 /Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship); Kg Of Iron Scrap X Pln 1.28/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship); Kg Of Aluminum Scrap X Pln 5.63/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). Quantity Of Kg Of Brass Scrap X Pln 16.80/Kg (Average Wholesale Price In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). - Performing These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, Consolidated Text). The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract At Least For The Duration Of The Contract Concluded Between The Contractor And The Employer - Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
