Replacement Of External Door Woodwork, - Main Entrance Door With Dimensions Of 157X287 Cm, Double-Leaf Made Of Warm Aluminum. The Leaf Passage Width Is 1.0 M. The Door Is Equipped With Three Hinges, Two Locks, A Handle In The Color Of The Woodwork, And A Foot. Illumination From A Safety Glass. Heat Transfer Coefficient Of The Entire Door U Max 1.3 W/(M2*K); - Side Entrance Door (To The Administrative And Training Part Of The Building) With Dimensions Of 100X250 Cm, Single-Leaf, Made Of Warm Aluminum. The Door Is Equipped With Three Hinges, Two Locks, And A Handle In The Color Of The Joinery. Illumination From A Safety Glass. Heat Transfer Coefficient Of The Entire Door U Max 1.3 W/(M2*K); - Single-Leaf Entrance Hatch To The Attic (Part Of The Administration And Training Building) With Dimensions Of 106X225 Cm, Single-Leaf Made Of Warm Aluminum. The Door Is Equipped With Three Hinges, A Handrail In The Color Of The Woodwork, Two Actuators To Facilitate Lifting And Lowering The Hatch And A Handle Preventing The Opened Hatch From Falling Down. The Heat Transfer Coefficient Of The Hatch U Max 1.3 W/(M2*K) Note: The Given Dimensions Are Indicative, Before The Production And Assembly Of The Joinery, Check The Dimensions Of The Openings On The Construction Site. Ii. Thermal Insulation Of The Roof Slope Above The Attic Of The Administration And Training Building, Along With Structural Reinforcement; The First Step Is To Strengthen The Existing Roof Structure By Nailing The Rafters With A 32X150 Mm Board On One Side, Replacing The Existing Poles With 140X140 Mm Wooden Poles, Replacing The Purlins With 120X17 Mm Wooden Purlins, And Making New 50X150 Mm Brackets And Collars. The Applied And Existing Wood Of The Roof Should Be Protected With Insect And Fungicide Impregnation Agents And Fire Retardants. According To The Energy Audit, 27 Cm Thick Mineral Wool Was Used As Thermal Insulation For The Roof. The Designed Insulation Is Protected By A Vapor Barrier Foil From The Bottom And A Plasterboard On A Steel Grate. Iii. Insulation Of Knee And Gable Walls From The Inside Of The Building; According To The Energy Audit, Thermal Insulation Made Of Expanded Polystyrene, Gr. 16 Cm In The Bso System Applied From The Center Of The Walls. A) Selection Of The System For Thermal Insulation Of The Gable And Elbow Walls: The Thermal Insulation Of The Building In Question Was Adopted Using The Light Wet Method Using Polystyrene Boards In The System Solution Adopted By The Investor With The Appropriate Technical Approval As The Nro System, Subject To The Following Conditions: - Used Insulation Materials, I.E. Adhesives Mesh, Plaster Mass, Etc. Use From One Selected System. 100X50cm, B) Selection Of The Type, Length And Number Of Thermal Insulation Fixing Pins: It Is Planned To Use Expanding Pins With A Metal Pin, Screwed In, With A Long Expansion Zone, Length L = 220 Mm, Diameter 10.0 Mm, With A Plate 6 Cm; Recessed Into The Insulation (With The Use Of A Polystyrene End Cap). The Sequence And Technical Conditions For The Execution Of Works Are As Follows: - Clean The Wall Of Detached And Dull Plasters; - Wash The Wall With Water; - Fill In The Loss Of Plaster; - Gluing Polystyrene Boards. Iv. Improvement Of Gravitational Ventilation Of The Building In The Administration And Training Part; A Connection Of The Existing Ventilation Ducts Was Designed By Connecting The Insulated Spiro Pipe With The Ventilation Chimneys In The Roofing System. Attic Ventilation Should Be Made As Two Ventilation Grilles Located In The Soffit Of The G-G Ceiling, Connected By An Insulated Spiro Pipe With Ventilation Chimneys In The Roofing System. V. Repair Of The Attic Floor And Part Of The Floor Of The Dressing Room; Repair Of The Floor In Room 1.7 - Dressing Room And Attic Floor Was Designed. A) The Dressing Room Floor In The Place Of The Storage Under The Stairs Should Be Repaired. Floor Made Of Tiles, Size 30X30 Cm, Abrasion Class 5, Anti-Slip Class 11, Joint Thickness. Up To 3 Mm, Make Plinths 10 Cm High Around The Perimeter Of The Floor. The Floor Should Be Made Of Gres Tiles In A Size And Color Similar To The Existing Tiles Of The Rest Of The Floor In The Room After Prior Agreement With The Ordering Party. B) Attic Floor The Existing Floor Should Be Leveled With A Self-Leveling Mass, Primed And A Rolled Floor Covering Should Be Laid. 2.0 Mm For Glue, Turn The Plinths Onto The Walls, Min. 10 Cm. Vi. Replacement Of The Steel Balustrade Of The Stairs From The Ground Floor To The Attic; As Part Of The Study, It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Steel Balustrade With A New One. The Existing Balustrade Is Damaged And Does Not Ensure The Safety Of Users. Vii. Demolition Works Of The Wooden Wall Under The Stairs; As Part Of Improving The Aesthetic Values, The Wooden Storage Under The Stairs Should Be Dismantled. Viii. Painting Works Of The Attic And Dressing Rooms It Is Planned To Paint The Rooms (Rooms 1.7 And 2.0) After The Renovation And Thermal Modernization Works With Washable Emulsion Paints. Colors Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. All Works Covered By The Scope Of The Project Should Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Law, The Requirements Set Out In The Relevant Industry Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
