The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization And Service Of Travel Of Representatives Of The Partners Of The Project Shelter - Climate, Migration, Heritage, Which Is Co-Financed By The Financial Mechanism Of The European Economic Area 2014-2021 And The Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage Under The Culture Programme, Action 2 Improving Access To Culture And Art. (Hereinafter Referred To As: The Project).2. The Order Consists Of The Organization And Service Of Travel To And From The Republic Of Poland For 22 People On: October 23-27, 2023. Flights On The Route: Oslo - Gda sk And Gda sk - Oslo - 1 Person; Trondheim - Gda sk And Gda sk -Trondheim - 7 People; Tromso - Gda sk And Gda sk - Tromso - 6 People; Reykjavik - Gda sk And Gda sk - Reykjavik - 8 Persons. Accommodation For 22 Persons: Single Rooms + Breakfast And Dinner (Around Gda sk - Oliwa Within A Radius Of 10 Km); Local Transport: Gda sk Airport - Hotel (Arrival Day - Monday 23.10); Local Transport: Hotel - Airport (Departure - Friday 27.10); Local Transport: Hotel - Nomus - Hotel (Wednesday, October 25).3. Under The Order, The Contractor Is To Provide The Employer With: A) Air Tickets There And Back On The Route: Oslo - Gda sk And Gda sk - Oslo - 1 Person; Trondheim - Gda sk And Gda sk - Trondheim - 7 Persons; Tromso - Gda sk And Gda sk - Tromso - 6 People; Reykjavik - Gda sk And Gda sk - Reykjavik - 8 People. The Ticket Is To Include: 1 Piece Of Hand Luggage And 1 Piece Of Checked Luggage (Main, Checked) For Each Participant Of The Trip. The Waiting Time For The Transfer Cannot Be Longer Than 4 Hours. B) The Final List Of Travel Participants Will Be Provided No Later Than 30 Days Before The Start Of The Trip. C) A Total Of 88 Nights (4 Nights For Each Of The 22 People - Participants Of The Trip) In At Least 3-Star Hotels: (Around Gda sk - Oliwa Within A Radius Of Up To 10 Km); In Single Rooms With Bathrooms, Including Breakfast And Dinner. D) Meals (Breakfast, Dinner) For 22 Travel Participants. E) Providing Local Transfers For Travel Participants (By Bus Or Car Appropriate To The Size Of The Group) On October 23, 2023 From The Gda sk Airport To The Hotel And On October 27, 2023 To The Gda sk Airport, And On October 25, From The Hotel To The Department Of The National Museum In Gda sk - Nomus Nowe Muzeum Sztuki For The Scientific Conference Organized As Part Of The Project And After Its Completion From The Department Of The National Museum In Gda sk - Nomus Nowe Muzeum Sztuki To The Hotel. F) The Contractor Also Covers All Costs Related To Road Fees, Parking Fees, Etc. As Part Of The Transport Service.
