Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of An Outdoor Stage Intended For Organizing Cultural Events

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Brand New Mobile Outdoor Stage In The Form Of A Trailer On Wheels, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Tor. 4.2. The Employer Requires The Following Minimum Technical Parameters And Functionality To Be Met: 1) Roof Type: Profiled (Arched), 2) Stage Construction: Aluminum, 3) Unfolded Stage Dimensions At Least: 8 M (Width) X 6 M (Depth) X 5 M ( Height), 4) Stage Area: Minimum 48 M2, 5) Height From The Ground To The Stage - Above: 1.0 M6) Dimensions As A Trailer Maximum: 9.5 M X 2.5 M X 3.7 M, 7) Permissible Total Weight Vehicle: 2500 Kg, 8) Stage Floor: Non-Slip, Waterproof, 9) Method Of Unfolding The Stage And Lifting The Roof: Electric-Hydraulic, Controlled By A Remote Control, 10) Permissible Load On The Middle Part Of The Roof: Min. 500 Kg, Roof Wings: Min. 250 Kg, 11) Permissible Load On The Floor - 500 Kg/M2, 12) Permissible Load On The Front Columns - 50 Kg, 13) Permissible Load On The Sound Wings - Min. 500 Kg (At The Central Point), 14) Permissible Wind Speed During Use: Min. 15 M/S With Sidewall Covers And Min. 25 M/S Without Side Wall Covers, 15) Built-In 12 V Power Supply, 16) Water Drainage System, 17) Back Of The Stage And Side Walls Covered With A Black, Air-Permeable Mesh, 18) Stage Mask (Bottom Of The Stage) Made Of Pvc Tarpaulin, Color : Dark Brown,19) Roof Covering Made Of Pvc Tarpaulin Material, Color: Dark Brown, With A Minimum Weight Of 600 G/M2, 20) Stairs With A Minimum Width Of 1 Meter, Adjustable In Height, Adapted To The Height Of The Stage, With Handrails To Go Onto The Stage – 2 Sets, 21) Railings With A Minimum Height Of 1 Meter, Protecting The Sides And Rear Of The Platform, Meeting The Requirements Of Building Regulations, 22) Front = Rear - The Ability To Choose The Side To Be Placed With The Front, 23) The Trailer Must Be Equipped With An Overrun Brake, 24) Chassis: Sandblasted And Painted,25) A Tarpaulin/Cover For Storage And Protection Against Weather Conditions Of A Closed Stage,26) A Trailer With A Built-In Outdoor Stage Must Be Able To Close All Components And Additional Accessories Inside, As Well As Transport The Whole Thing Without The Need To Use Additional 27) The Method Of Construction And Construction Of The Stage Must Enable Quick And Easy Set-Up (Assembly) Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Carried Out By A Maximum Of 2 People In No More Than 2 Hours, Automatically (Hydraulic, Electric Actuators) Or Manually In The Absence Of Power And With Using Basic Tools, I.E. Without The Use Of Scaffolding, Cranes And Other Similar Equipment, 28) The Trailer Should Be Made In Accordance With The Relevant Standards And Meet All The Required Health And Safety And Fire Regulations, 29) The Trailer With The Outdoor Stage Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations Road Traffic And Have All The Documents Necessary For Admission To Traffic And Registration In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, 30) The Stage Must Have A Toolbox With A Set Of Tools (Tools And Elements Necessary For Assembly), Wheel Wrenches, Spare Wheel, Fire Extinguisher, Warning Triangle.4.3 . The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2022.4.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (As Part Of The Contractors Remuneration) Includes Training For The Employers Employees (At Least 2 People) On The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Stage On The Day Of Delivery, As Well As The Assembly And Demolition Of The Stage.4.5. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Attach In Particular: A Catalog Containing Data And A Technical Drawing Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Photos Of The Stage In A Folded And Unfolded Form, Colors And Construction Solutions, Including Information On The Permissible Loads Of Load-Bearing Elements, Stage Floor, Roof, Wings And Platforms, Vehicle Manual In Polish, Technical And Operational Documentation, Service Book, List Of Equipment, Vehicle Card, Service Book, European Approval Certificate For A Trailer With A Specialized Outdoor Stage (Or For Specialized Trailers).4.6. The Stage Must Have All Attestations, Certificates Or Other Relevant Documents Confirming The Strength Parameters Of The Roof Structure And The Strength Of The Platform, Certificates And Approvals Required By Polish And European Law For All Materials Used - Which The Contractor Shall Deliver Along With The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Its Delivery.4.7. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.4.8. The Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract Should Be In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guarantee, But It Cannot Be Shorter Than 3 Years, And After This Period, Post-Guarantee Service In Poland Is To Be Provided For At Least 5 Years From The Delivery Of The Stage. The Contractor Shall Provide Access To Spare Parts For The Warranty Period And Post-Warranty Service.4.9. The Sales Invoice May Be Issued On A Date Agreed With The Ordering Party Before The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Need To Register And Insure The Stage. The Date Of The Actual Delivery Of The Outdoor Stage To The Seat Of The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense Is Considered The Date Of Order Performance.4.10. Other Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions - Appendix 4 To The Swz.
