Tenders Are Invited For Technical And Substantive Support Service In The Field Of The Sap Environment As Part Of The Project We Focus On Ukw Development Implemented Under The Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Technical And Substantive Consultation Services For Persons Conducting Classes In A New Specialty In The Field Of Information Technology. Consultations Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Sap System And The Preparation Of Didactic Materials For The New Specialty Erp Class It Systems.2. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Under This Procedure Due To The Fact That The Contract Is Of A Homogeneous And Indivisible Nature. Dividing The Contract Into Lots Would Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Performing The Subject Of The Order Has: A) A Valid Partnership Agreement With Sap Polska And A Partnership Status Of Silver Or Higher. 4. Technical Consultations In The Field Of The Sap Bc (Basis) Module, In Particular: Analysis Of Ewa Reports And Presentation Of Recommendations For Technical Parameterization / Optimization Of The Sap System, Technical Analysis Of Business Processes, Solving Problems In The Field Of Operating System, Database And System Administration Sap Erp At The Application Level, Developing Procedures And Instructions For Making Backup Copies Of The Sap System And Testing Their Recovery, Implementing Corrective And Corrective Actions For Incidents Recorded In System Logs, Sap Applications/Database/Operating System, Managing Print Queues, Making Copies Client, Management Of The Hardware And Software Infrastructure Of The Sap System. Technical Consultations Will Be Carried Out On Working Days From 9 A.M. To 5 P.M. Consultations Will Be Carried Out Remotely Or In The Form Of Direct Visits To Ukw Offices In Bydgoszcz (The Maximum Number Of Consultations Carried Out At Ukw Headquarters Does Not Exceed 25 % Of Their Total Amount). The Unit Of Account For Direct Technical Consultations At Ukw Headquarters Is 1 Working Day (8 Hours). Technical Consultations Are 10 Hours Per Month In The Period July - December 20235. Substantive Consultations In The Field Of Substantive Supervision Over The Development Of Didactic Materials For A New Specialty. Didactic Materials From 7 Thematic Blocks Will Be Prepared: A) Programming In Erp Systems, B) Administration Of The Erp System, C) Administration Of Databases In Erp Systems, D) Sales, Distribution, Production In Erp Systems, E) Finance In Erp Systems, F ) Business Intelligence, G) Logistics In Erp Systems. Parameters Of The Substantive Consultation Service: A Pool Of 31 Days Of On-Line Consultations In The Scope Of The Above-Mentioned 7 Thematic Blocks, To Be Used As Full Days (8 Hours) Or Half Days (4 Hours); The Term Of 80% Of The Time (Pool) Of Modular Consultations Will Be Agreed With The Contractor Two Weeks In Advance, The Remaining 20% Of The Consultation Pool Will Be Implemented As Agreed With Ukw One Month In Advance Of Consultations; The Pool Of 31 Days Of Substantive Support Will Be Billed Monthly, Based On Actual Use In A Given Month .6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Any Trademarks , Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Tenders With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Legal Basis: Art. 99 Sec. 5 Law 8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions Are Acceptable In Each Case. The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer For Non-Compliance With The Above, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Degree.
