The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of A Commercial Premises On The Ground Floor Of A Multi-Family Building Located In Prochowice At Ul. Legnicka 3 For The Purpose Of The Senior+ Club. The Facility Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled, And All Rooms Will Be Made So That They Do Not Have Architectural Barriers. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Disassembly Of Part Of The Partition Walls And Elements Of Equipment; 2) Erection Of New Partition Walls; 3) Execution Of Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations; 4) Breaking And Supplementing Plaster And Painting; 5) Execution Of Toilets For People With Disabilities;6) Assembly Of A Caterpillar Stairclimber For People With Disabilities. The Basic Assumptions For The Calculation Are Given In The Bill Of Quantities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Appendix No. 5 To Swz, I.E.: Design Documentation Entitled Change Of Use Of The Service Premises - Bar To Service Premises - Senior Club +; Together With The Reconstruction Of The Premises In Question Located In A Residential And Commercial Building And The Renovation Of The Entrance Door And The Replacement Of Window Joinery From The Side Of The Yard And The Installation Of Ventilation Systems (Inside The Premises And From The Side Of The Yard)”: Construction Project Design, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Appendix No. 6 To Swz.
