The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Parking Bays At Ul. Męczenników (At Block No. 6.8) As Part Of The Participatory Budget In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Design Part: - Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes; Cuttings Along With Obtaining Permission For Felling; - Making An Inventory Of The Existing Condition Of Devices (Including Culverts) And Technical Infrastructure Devices Located Within The Planned Location Affecting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; - Preparation Of A Construction Project And Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate From The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection Pursuant To Art. 30 Sec. 5A Of The Construction Law, - Preparation Of Subsoil Test Documentation, If The Contractor Deems It Necessary; - Preparation Of Detailed Designs For The Road Industry With A Set Of Required Approvals, - Preparation Of A Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For The Above-Mentioned Industries, - Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates For The Above-Mentioned Industries, Development Of Information On Safety And Health Protection, - Preparation Of A Project Of Permanent Traffic Organization And Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, With A Complete Set Of Required Arrangements. B) The Scope Of Renovation Of The Municipal Road Includes: - Removal Of The Old Pavement Of Bays With Curbs, - Marking Out New Bays (Approx. 2X50m Long) With Parking Spaces (Size Of Spaces According To Applicable Regulations), - Making The Necessary Foundation And Removing The Old One, - Setting Edges, - Laying A New Surface Of Bays Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs With The Necessary Foundation (If Necessary, Carry Out Appropriate Earthworks) And Curbs, - Designating Parking Spaces (Including Places For The Disabled), - New Horizontal And Vertical Signage. And Renovation Of The Municipal Public Road On Plots: No. 340/30 Precinct 23 In The Design And Build System. New Parking Bays Will Be Created In Place Of The Existing Ones. The Length Of The Renovated Bays: Approx. 2 X 50 M. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined By: 1) Functional And Utility Program (Fup) - Annex 4 To The Swz; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex 3 To The Swz. The Employer Intends To Allocate Pln 175,000.00 Gross To Finance The Order.
