The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Road Leading To The Property 2, 4, 6, 8 At Ul. Żwirki I Wigury As Part Of The Participatory Budget In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Design Part: • Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes; • Making An Inventory Of The Greenery Located Within The Right-Of-Way In Terms Of The Necessary Felling, Together With Obtaining Permission For Felling; • Making An Inventory Of The Existing Condition Of Devices (Including Culverts) And Technical Infrastructure Devices Located Within The Planned Location Affecting The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract; • Preparation Of Subsoil Test Documentation If The Contractor Deems It Necessary; • Preparation Of A Construction Project And Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate From The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection Pursuant To Art. 30 Sec. 5A Of The Construction Law Act, • Preparation Of Executive Designs For The Road Industry With A Set Of Required Approvals, • Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For The Above-Mentioned Industries, • Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For The Above-Mentioned Industries, Preparation Of Information On Safety And Health Protection, • Preparation Of A Project Of Permanent Traffic Organization And Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works With A Set Of Required Approvals. B) The Scope Of Municipal Renovation Includes: - Milling Of The Old Road Surface Or Removal Of Road Slabs Depending On The Existing Condition Of The Road, - Renovation Of The Road Surface To Restore The Evenness Of The Longitudinal Profile And Transverse As Well As Reinforcement; - Laying Two Layers Of A New Surface (Leveling And Abrasion); - Regulation Of Manholes (Replacement Of Damaged Ones) And Replacement Of Curbs; - Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings According To The Traffic Organization Design. The Execution Of The Contract Provides For The Design And Repair Of The Access Road On Plots: No. 305/1; 302/26 Precinct 15 In The Design And Build System. The Road Follows The Trace Of The Existing Road. The Road Parameters Will Not Change. It Is Planned To Build A Road With A Width Of Min. 4.0M Total. Cross-Section Of The Existing Roadway: 1 Roadway With An Average Width Of 4 M With A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes. The Length Of The Section In Question To Be Repaired: Approx. 150 Running Meters. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined By: 1) Functional And Utility Program (Fup) - Annex 4 To The Swz; 2) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex 3 To The Swz Pln 175,000.00 Gross To Finance The Order.
