Szkolna 1 In Brusy Along With Its Adaptation For Social Purposes” Financed By The Most The Most Foundation.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Reconstruction, Which Consists In: - Demolition Of The Existing Internal, Load-Bearing And Partition Walls, Disassembly Of Internal Insulation, Dismantling Of The Floor, - Change Of The Buildings Purpose, As A Result Of Which The Layout Of Internal Rooms Will Change: Construction Of New Partition And Load-Bearing Walls (With Foundations),  Changing The Configuration (Location) Of The Existing Window And Door Openings,  Renovation Of The Historical Facade: Exposing The Historical Brick Wall And Half-Timbered Wall Structure On The Facades Of The Building From Layers Of Plaster,  Modernization Of The Load-Bearing Roof Structure, Renovation Of Internal Wooden Structural Elements,  Thermal Insulation Of The Existing Roof, Construction Of A New Roofing And Elements Of Gutters, Pipes And Flashings, - Demolition Of An Open Shed And A Shed Roof Over The Lower Part Of The Building, Which Is Connected With The Main Body Of The Roof Of The Building, - Construction Of A New Flat Roof Over The Lower Part Of The Building, - Thermal Insulation Of The Building From The Inside, - Demolition Of The Floor, - Construction Of A New Floor On The Ground, With Appropriate Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation; 2) Extension, Which Consists Of: - Thermal Insulation And Waterproofing Of The Foundations, - Expansion Of The Entrance Part With A Glazed Vestibule, - Insulation Around The Perimeter Of The Existing Annex From The Side Of Ul. Kościelna, Construction Of A Ventilated Facade, - Construction Of A Bicycle Shelter At The Southern Facade Of The Building, Combined With A Roof, - Reconstruction Of Pavements And Gravel Bands Around The Building3) Construction Of Electrical Installation, Sanitary, Water Supply, Heating And Mechanical Ventilation, And Electricity; 5) Development Of The Area Around The Building. In Addition, The Contractors Duties Include The Execution Of 1 Information Board With Dimensions 40X30cm Including Assembly. The Content Of The Boards And The Place Of Assembly To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. Note: 1) During The Implementation Of The Investment And After Its Completion, Continuous Access To The Neighboring Properties Must Be Ensured.
