I, Lifting Capacity Min. 900 Kg Lifting Capacity Of The Rear Linkage 1,700 Kg With The Beam For The Linkage Rear Linkage Category Ii Pto 540 Rpm Min The Tractor Must Be Adapted To The Front Mounting Of The Tur Operators Manual In Polish With All Documents Necessary For Registration And Operation Width Up To 1.50 M Along The Outer Outline Of The Wheels Basic Warranty - 24 Months3. The Employer Also Requires: The Vehicle Is To Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. It Should Have All The Permits For Use And Admission To Trading Required By Law.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With The Requirements And Parameters Contained In Annex 1 To The Tender Form. 5. On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Report, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete Set Of Documentation Necessary For Vehicle Registration, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law.6. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Additionally Related To The Following Services: Training Of Employees (In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And Appendix No. 1 To The Tender Form). During The Handover Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Conduct Free Training In The Field Of Operation, Maintenance And Safety, Start-Up Of The Vehicle Along With Its Preparation For Operation (Operating Fluid) With Persons Selected By The Employer In Terms Of The Basics Of Their Use. The Date And Place Of The Training Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract. 7. The Offered Tractor Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And The Instruction Manual In Polish. The Tractor Is Intended For Works Related To The Maintenance Of District Roads (I.E. Mowing Shoulders, Milling Stumps, Winter Road Maintenance)8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Has An Authorized Service Center Within A Distance Of Not More Than 70 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat. 9. The Reaction Time Of The Contractors Service (Initiation Of Repair Activities) Will Be 2 Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Notification Of A Failure Or Defect. This Time Does Not Include Saturdays And Public Holidays10. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Square, Ul. Energetyk 10, 64-100 Leszno (On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 07.00 To 15.00), 11. The Delivery Of The Agricultural Tractor Will Be Collected By An Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party, 12.
