The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A Concept And Complete Design Documentation To Obtain A Building Permit For The Investment Called Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Urszulin. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation For The Reconstruction And Equipment Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Urszulin, Together With The Preparation Of The Project Information Card Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Obtain All Opinions, Arrangements, Water Law Reports, Final Permits, Decisions Required By Applicable Law And Permit Decisions For Construction. The Order Consists Of Two Stages: Stage I - Development Of The Concept, Including: 1) Preparation Of A Balance Of Inflowing Sewage, Taking Into Account The Data Obtained From The Employer Regarding The Number Of Inhabitants And Plants In The Catchment Area Of ​​The Agglomeration In Urszulina And Information On Currently Inflowing Sewage To The Treatment Plant – Quantitative And Qualitative2) The Concept Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Containing As Main Elements: - Development And Description Of The Most Modern Technological And Functional Solutions Adequate To Accept The Planned Amount Of Sewage; - Necessary Process Calculations; - Taking Into Account Existing-Adapted And New Wastewater Treatment Plants Along With Their Characteristics And The Concept Of Using Them For A New Wastewater Treatment Technology; - Land Development Plotted On The Basic Map, Taking Into Account The Development Area Of ​​The Photovoltaic Installation; - Technological Diagrams Of Sewage And Sludge Management; - Indicative List Of Investment Costs. 3) Preparation Of The Projects Safety Data Sheet In Order To Submit An Application And Obtain An Environmental Decision For The Implementation Of The Project. 4) Preparation Of Materials For Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Substantive Support In Obtaining This Decision. The Implementation Of The Concept And Its Approval By The Employer Determine The Further Implementation Of The Contract - The Design Stage Indicated In Point 5. The Concept Should Be Prepared In Detail Sufficient To Unequivocally Assess The Technical Solutions Proposed In It, Including: Determining The Location Of The Designed Facilities On The S+E+U Map On A Scale Of 1:500 Along With The Necessary Access Roads, Preparation Of A Sewage Flow Profile Through The Treatment Plant, Arrangement Of Technological Devices, Development Of A Technical Description Of Basic Devices Along With Their Technical Characteristics. A) Making An Inventory Of The Existing Automation Together With New Technological Assumptions For The I&C Industry, Approved By The Ordering Party. Technological Assumptions For The I&C Industry Should Include All Measurements And Guidelines For Individual Facilities, Facility Settings, And Output Signals. During The Implementation Of Subsequent Stages Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Submit Comments And Submit Instructions To Take Them Into Account. Approval Of The Technological Concept And Technological Assumptions For The I&C Industry By The Ordering Party Is The Basis For Further Design. B) Preparation Of The Project Information Card, C) Assistance In Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Report, If Required By Law, D) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Water Law Reports, Valid Permits, Decisions Required By Applicable Law, E) Preparation Of Land Development And Architectural And Construction Designs, Approved By The Employer, F) Assistance In Obtaining A Valid And Final Decision On The Building Permit, G) Preparation Of A Technical (Executive) Design Together With All Industry Designs Taking Into Account The Need To Rebuild And Secure The Technical Infrastructure Colliding With The Investment In Question, Approved By The Employer; Temporary Works For The Duration Of The Investment, Resulting From The Need For Continuous Operation Of The Treatment Plant, Should Also Be Taken Into Account, H) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And/Or The Detailed Technical Specification (Stwiorb And/Or Sst), Approved By The Employer, I) Preparation Of The Investors Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate Approved By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, The Contractor Shall Update The Above-Mentioned Information Maximum Twice At The Request Of The Employer. Document Regarding The Price, No Later Than 36 Months From The Expiry Of The Contract Performance Period. Preparation Of A Compensatory Planting Project.
